Hello,
Andrew, when I turned 40, I took the family to Nashville & Memphis! I remember we stayed downtown Memphis; the hotel had a roof top pool; the kids loved it. We walked to Beale St & met this old man who took us around and told us all about it, invited into his place to watch the fights. I remember they had home cooked meals in the lobby. He was so nice to us. We also went to Graceland.
Glad to have my company gone and getting back on track with eating. Had a great in studio meeting then spent the day getting my house back in order.
In studio mtg, no gym, tracking, waters 65ozoz

Good Morning!!
I added 8.83 miles Thur-Sun.
Friday I was off most of the day to spend some time with my son. He came back to pick up her ashes.
The rest of the weekend was laid back which I very much needed.

Hello, Brenda, great job getting in the exercise video. Kelly, way to go with the steps. Virtual mtg (although I didn't pay much attention) it was the fitness on with Drew. TM40min, tracking, waters 48oz. I also climbed my stairs 5x's and did a plank for 15seconds and worked in the garden. Happy Tuesday

Good Morning!!!
I added a 2 mile WATP on Tuesday and took a 3 mile walk yesterday.
Busy weekend. Friday we have our Home group from Church to attend, Saturday morning I have to work, and Sunday 2 Baby Showers to attend. The 1st is for our Lead Pastors at Church as they are having a baby boy in November and my nephew and his wife are having a girl in November.
Nancy Great job on your good days. Glad you enjoyed your beach day.

Hello, Claudette, thanks for the reminder! Kelly, kudos on getting in all that walking. Enjoy your parties. My granddaughter requested homemade meatballs, so I made those yesterday for her. We had a nice visit. Virtual mtg, TM35, tracking, waters 48oz. I need to do better to get in 64oz. Happy Thursday

Hello, My Friday the 13th could have been better. I started the day with my computer beeping away and would not open!! Then I got sick! But I survived.
