Good morning
Annette, you are lucky to have nice legs! My legs are disgusting. I hate wearing a bathing suit.
cj59, That's great your day was better. Another thing I tried one time was the Wendy Plan. It was designed by a WW member named Wendy. She changed up her points daily. She thought it tricked her body and it really worked for me.
Waving to all
Off to get on the TM. Over ate last night. Ugh.....

I did a search on the Wendie Plan and found I could calculate my SPs for the week (they had a couple other programs, but I don't remember what they were now). Awesome! I am going to give it a try. Looks pretty reasonable.

Good morning everyone! Today was WI and I was down 0.4 - that's fine with me. Although I did well tracking everything and not getting out of control too much, with a couple of exceptions, I wasn't really following my plan. This week the focus is on eating more veggies to bulk up my food, staying away from treats (I eat healthy treats, but treats nonetheless), and actually getting some exercise in. I need it for stress management. cj59 - I think that you're doing a fabulous job at maintenance. You are very self-aware and that helps. sunrose49 - I'm with you; I'll take what I can get! annette - it's nice to be aware of your good features. My legs tend to be slimmer than the rest of me. I'm a spoon shape, I think. Hope everyone has a great, OP day!

Hello Everyone sunrose - thanks for the information on the Wendie Plan. I actually used that when I was losing my weight, until I got to such a low daily point number that I couldn't do it anymore. But I probably spent a year using it and it really worked for me. I do kind of use it sometimes now using more of my weekly points on some days and less weekly points on another. Good luck with it wwlurker - Congratulations on the loss, and it's good that you are going to focus on veggies and getting in your exercise. You know what works for you I had a good on track day yesterday and I'm hoping for another one today. I've planned out my meals for the day and that always helps. I need to think about the meals for the rest of the week too. It's amazing how easy it is to get off track and then how hard it is to get back to it. You'd think after doing this for 2 years, it would be more natural Hope everyone else checking in is doing well.

Hi all. Back from New Hampshire. So good to be home. It was a great vacation but way too much food and the wrong kind. I'm an apple shape. I carry everything in my behind and stomach and midriff. Yuck.

wwlurker, congrats on the loss! cj59, when you said you wanted to shake things up I remembered the Wendie Plan. So thanks for helping me remember...lol Wow you did it for a year good for you. It did work for me before so I am going to try it again. WTG with a good day and working on the next!! Annette, glad you had a good vacation. I love New Hampshire. I also love Vermont and Maine. I'm an apple shape too. Did a c25k workout yesterday. Day 1/week 1. Not sure what today will be, but I'll do something.

cj59, sunrose49, I have so much to unpack and organize and I'm still pretty tired. Laundry, library, grocery shopping. I had a point friendly breakfast this morning. I never tried the Wendy plan but I eat more on Friday thru Sunday. Have a great day. It's very hot and humid in nj.

Good morning everyone! Today I actually made it to the gym for a very modest workout. I had a catered lunch and ended up eating way too much pizza I'm disappointed with that, but moving on. I've brought my dinner to work with me today and I'm planning on staying late (although hopefully not too late!) sunrose49 - I love Maine as well - it's one of the few states I've visited and the one I frequent most often (for American grocery runs and work wardrobe shopping, usually). annette - I definitely eat more on the weekends as well. cj59 - meal planning is so helpful. I hate doing it, but I always feel better when I know I have a plan in place. Hope everyone has a great, OP day!

Hello Everyone Annette - Welcome back, glad you had a nice trip. You might like using the Wendie program for your weekly points. I always want pizza LOL. sunrose - I hope the Wendie program will work for you too. I was getting so many daily points when I was my heaviest, that it really helped me to juggle them around with high point/medium point/low point days. Good for you getting your workout. wwlurker - Glad you were able to get your workout done, and good for you bringing dinner to work. I hope you don't have to work late too. I've had a good day so far and yesterday was good. Hopefully I'm back on track and can lose some of the weight I gained from overeating. Just have to keep fighting and working at it

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well today and looking forward to the weekend I'm doing pretty well today and staying on track. I went grocery shopping and only bought a few higher point foods that I planned to buy. I'll stretch them out over the weekend. I also bought some rhubarb and this is the first time I've ever cooked it, and I really enjoyed it. It does take a lot of sweetener and I used Equal in part of it and some brown sugar in the other part that I added some strawberries into. I also put cinnamon in each serving. I've been making an effort to try different fruits and vegetables and have found some that I really like when I thought I wouldn't.

Hi guys! This week has been a busy one! My husband and I had a friend in town we hadn't seen in a few years and was staying at the house. The guys ditched my premade and calculated dinner for pizza, but I only had a couple small slices, counted them and moved on. I've been getting on the elliptical every day, and still slowly working my way up in time. When I started 3 weeks ago, I was okay for about 1-2 minutes, now I am doing 7-8 minutes at a time, then getting off and hitting the punching bag.
Got an airfryer to try, but when it showed up it was itty bitty, so I will be sending it back. Just trying to keep focused, track, and move more. I even got a fitbit last week. Hoping it will encourage me to get up and move around more. Every hour from 9am-5pm it vibrates to remind me to get up and MOVE! Sounds like everyone is doing well.

Good morning
rottielovie, hope you like your fitbit. I love mine! I got an airfryer off of Groupon. I don't use it very often, but when I do use it I love it.
cj59, good for you trying different fruits! My dad loved rhubarb pie. I was never a fan of it. I did buy some yummy watermelon the other day. I am trying to eat more fruit, now to work on veggies.
Annette, I can pick my high point day. I picked Wednesday because it is the day after my WI and I sometimes have dinner with a friend on Wednesday nights. It's hard coming back from vacation and getting back to normal.
wwlurker, good for you going to the gym! Are you going away this weekend?
Off to get on the TM. Weather is better today.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well today
rottielovie - sounds like you've made some positive changes to help with your weight loss. I've thought about getting an Air Fryer too, I'll be interested to hear how you like using it once you get another one.
sunlover - I really hope you like the Wendie plan. What I enjoyed so much is that I could save up a higher point treat for that high point day and that made it easier to stick to the low point days. I remember when I went to WW meetings in the Summer they would have a challenge to try a new fruit or vegetable every day. That challenge made me learn to like some foods that I'd never tried before.
wwlurker and Annette - Hope you are doing well.
I'm doing alright and staying on track. I'm trying to focus on the long term goal of keeping the weight off. I know it will always be a challenge not to overeat, so I just have to keep working hard.
I have cut back some on my steps and the time I spend exercising during this hot weather. Hopefully it's still enough exercise to keep me on track.
