Oh no I went so way over my points todayπ£π£ I started out good at breakfast & not bad with lunch. But I let myself go too long between lunch & supper. My daughters and I are on vacation so we had supper out. I ordered chicken Alfredo and shared nachos with one of my daughters. That put me sooooo over my daily points π£π£π£ And I'm only new to WW. Joining only 4 days ago. I feel so bad π£π£π£

Good morning everyone!
I have been totally off plan. I haven't even been tracking. I'm trying to make fairly good choices, but I know that I'm up. I will go to WI this week and see if I can reset.
Yesterday was a beautiful day here, so we did a quick day trip to one of our favourite spots and found a new favourite (a public garden). It was delightful. I got lots of steps in and had a great family day.
Today is another beautiful day but I'm spending it in the office. It's hard to drag myself here when I'd rather be enjoying the sun with my family, but I have some stuff to do which is difficult to get done during the work day, so here I am.
Depending on how much I get done today, I'm going to try to make it to the gym or yoga.

Just stopping by to say hello. I didn't do any damage on my vacation and I'm grateful for that. I went way off track the whole time. Now I'm sort of back on track. Have a great day.

Hello Everyone Welcome Celticcapergirl - Hang in there and just keep trying, I hope you can get back on track. It's difficult to stay on plan during vacation, probably all any of us can hope for is to do the best we can. sunrose - I understand about not doing the Wendie plan if you're not focused, it does take some special tracking and meal planning. Maybe you'll try it sometime in the future. wwlurker - Sorry to hear you are having to work today, but I'm glad you had a nice day yesterday. Hopefully you are not up, or not up much. Annette - Glad to hear you didn't do any damage on your vacation and that you are back on track. I had another really bad off track day yesterday. So far today I'm doing well and I keep telling myself that I have NO CHOICE (one of the Beck Diet Solution techniques) about eating anything off my daily food today. I just get scared that I'm trying to sabatoge my weight loss - like I've done every time I've lost weight in my adult life. I just seem to get to a good place and then start doing whatever I can to fail. I know this is a mental thing that I need to work on. I have to believe that deserve success and that's something I've always struggled with. I'm glad to have the support here Hope everyone else checking in is doing well on their plan.

I did much much better today with my points & choices ππ I only used 8 pts at breakfast 5 at lunch And 10 at supper So I have 10 pts to spare πππ I bought some fresh fruit to snack on A salad to accompany my protein choice for supper and have enuf for tmr I'm so pleased with myself today ππ

I did good yesterday until the evening (as usual). I total over ate. I act like I'll never see another piece of food again. Ugh....

Good morning everyone! Celticcapergirl - I'm glad you had a good day! sunrose49 - I have a hard time at night too - for me, it's completely a stress/relaxation thing. I want to eat all of the things as soon as the kids go down for the night. I continued to be off track yesterday. Today I'm trying to recommit. Hope everyone has a great, OP day!

Hello Everyone Celticcapergirl - Congratulations on doing well yesterday, hope today was good too. sunrose - thanks for the support - I'm the same way in the evening, that is the worst time to fight the urge to overeat. Hope this evening goes better for you. wwlurker - Sorry to hear you are struggling too, I know you can get back on track. Annette - Hope you are doing well. I had a good on track day yesterday and I've done well today too. I'm hoping I can stay in this mode. I took a piece of paper out and worked on my meals for this week, I'm hoping that will help me from going off track. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and I've been telling myself I cannot buy foods that I can't control. I just need to keep those foods out of the house. I rarely overeat foods that I can portion out and eat without wanting more - so I just need to keep the other things out. Wish me luck Hope anyone else checking in is doing well.

Had a really good day today. But I did however use 6 points over for a slice of Hawaiian pizza this evening. But my choices were very good ones for my meals. I think I'm actually getting the hang of this π

cj59, WTG with the good days! I was talking to a friend at WW this morning. She has lost 147 pounds. She said that she makes Wednesday (because she WIs on Tuesday's) her day to have what ever she wants for lunch with friends. She said if she didn't do that it would drive her crazy.
Celticcapergirl, wtg with the good days! Glad you are getting the hang of it!
wwlurker, hope you were able to regroup!
Annette, hope you are doing well.
I actually stayed in control last night! Wow that was major for me. Thanks ladies for all the support.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well today Celticcapergirl - Congratulations on staying on track and getting the hang of the program. I think the Hawaiian pizza is a good choice. I never liked that until a few years ago when I tried it and now if I go out for pizza I get that or just cheese. sunrose - Yeah for you for staying in control last night - we can do it! wwlurker and Annette - Hope you are feeling on track. I went grocery shopping and was so happy that I was able to avoid buying any food that wasn't on my list, and I also avoided stopping at fast food on my way home. I did buy a single size package of M&Ms. I find that I can have them in the house and eat a few every day for several days until they are gone. It's just enough of a treat when I need it sometimes. I'm working hard to stick to my food plan and stay within my daily and weekly points this week. Take care everyone!

hello everyone! Today was WI for me. I've gained about 5 lbs in the past couple of weeks. I've been a bit out of control so I'm not surprised. I could feel it in my clothes as well. This week I'm going to focus on water, activity and tracking. annette - thanks for the encouragement! It means a lot to me. cj59 - Good for you for figuring out what you can keep in the house and what you can't. sunrose49 - I'm glad you had an in-control night. Sometimes we just need to get a few good days under our belts in order to get back on track. @celticcapergirl - you should register for an account so I can tag you in my posts! You seem to be hitting your stride, so to speak. Congrats!

I had another good night yesterday. Met 2 friends this morning on the towpath for a 2 mile walk. It was awesome. Had a little over 6K steps at 8:30 ;-)
