*puts out coffee/tea, fruit, yogurt and light bagels and English muffins* WHEW we made it!! Another holiday season and we are still here!! Woohoo! Yesterday was the last day of the season for me (The rose parade/bowl is always when I officially celebrate NYD) I know some of you still have things coming up, the point is, whether we are up or down on the scale, we are still aware of the number and not going to let it go out of control. Go us!!! lol doordie50 , I don't know what it is Pam but I feel like freaking Dr. Dolittle with them coming up to the doors here and meowing. This little guy has a 'tude and has taken on the other wanderers of the area that swing by here for chow. He wants in so badly but I can't take a chance he will go after mine. I put an ad on NextDoor and someone has offered to take him, but then some other "person" (that is in quotes because I didn't use the word I really wanted to use or Rad would ban me) "thinks" he is hers. Really? It is pouring freaking rain and colder than heck and you don't know if your animal is inside, for WEEKS? Ohhhhmmmm

Good morning!
Back to work for me, as I sit here and try and sift through all these e-mails.
Rainy day today which made it that much harder to get up once alarm went off..after being on vacation since Christmas.
Hope everyone has a great day!

I'm IN.
And back to the DayJob. Must listen to the call that came in at 6:15 last night - yes, indeed, on a holiday AND after-hours. T-G I recognized the phone number and didn't pick it up!
Bkfst is done, lunch is prepped, and dinner is planned. I WILL stay on track today.
BBL.

Good morning...rainy here too, cold & damp.
Deb, cat has been missing for weeks & this person doesn't even realize it? Not the kind of person that should even have a pet.
I have got to get off the chow wagon & come up with a plan. This is getting crazy. I don't know why I'm having such a hard time getting my act together. I,lose but I just can't seem to keep it off. Hopefully,2017'will be the year but I've kind of lost my confidence.
Lots to do around the house...BBL

Good morning! sullicat1 I agree with your statement about keeping the weight off. Up, down, up, down. Feel like I'm on a teeter tooter. I'm determined to stay down. One day at a time.

Good morning all.
I hate hearing about irresponsible pet owners. I hope the kitty goes to a good home.
I'm also back at work after over a week off, it's rainy and dreary, and I'm catching up on email. My boss is out for the next couple of weeks so that makes things feel a bit more relaxed.
Hope everyone has a good day and gets back on the healthy eating wagon.

Good morning, everyone! My husband and I talked a lot last night about finally getting back to a diet. Or me getting back to one and him starting one for the first time pretty much ever.
Christmas stuff is now packed away in the basement. Though I kept the Christmas greens in my table center piece, I substituted the white and red flowers with orange and yellow ones.
I decided to officially start tracking my food this Friday with a weigh-in. By then all of the not ideal stuff will be gone. Luckily all of the cookies and cakes are already gone. I bought a tube of Pringles chips and sent them with hubby to his workplace, unopened. I feel good about that first step.

sullicat1 I like the word "plan" so much better than resolution since it is an action word. So my plan is to absolutely track everything that goes in my mouth, before I bite it. Getting back to what actually works, duh, that was rocket science to come up with. *smacks forehead*. It is that time folks so I will be scarce. Have an awesome day!!

Morning all!
Sounds like everyone has good thoughts and plans for getting off to a good, OP start for 2017. Will do my best to follow along behind each of you. 2016 was a great WW year for me and I am looking forward to getting the rest of this weight off this year. Good luck, vibes, etc to us all! Have a great one everybody:)

Good Tuesday to all. Rainy day 2 here. It has really been coming down. Deb don't even get me started on people who have no idea what a pet is.
Nice to feel like everyone is getting back to a life and WW routine. Makes things fall into place easier.
All of the "new start" and health advice on TV and social media gives everyone fresh ideas and new focus.
We've got this!

Tracked breakfast! Now to stay on it for lunch and dinner.
It's rainy and awful here today. My 5 year old is home from school because of a sudden Contagious Crud. I might take him to see Sing this afternoon, since he keeps singing "Oh my gosh, look at her butt" at me, thank you previews on Moana. Sheesh.
I think today's exercise will be limited to striving for FitBit 5k walking around my house and up/down the stairs, as exciting as that sounds.
