Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well today
wwlurker - I hope you can find a plan that you want to use. It is so frustrating wanting to do something, but needing that push to get started. Hang in there. sunrose - Hope your knee gets better. I'm glad you enjoy the WW meetings. Sometimes I miss that part of WW, but I'm kind of happy not to have the obligation to go each week or even once a month. The meetings I went to back in 2009-2010 were excellent - I had a really good leader then. I weighed in today and stayed the same for the week, which I was happy about. I'm trying to avoid all those large weight swings back and forth. I'm hoping for another steady week this week.

cj59, that is great you stayed the same! I made LT in 1991 and have had some awesome Leaders over the years (and some not so inspiring). The Leader on Sunday is a male and he is really excellent.
waving to all
We talked about Fall goals at the meeting on Sunday. I know my goal (and has been for almost a year) is to get my 5% charm. I don't tell a lot of people that it has taken over a year to do this, but know I can share it with you all.

Good morning all! sunrose49 - I've done meetings twice. The first time was during Momentum and I loved my leader. The second time was during PointsPlus and I didn't love my leader as much. I completely understand the taking 1 year to reach 5%. I'm kind of in the same place. cj59 - WTG for holding steady. You may be having a few ups and downs, but you are killing maintenance, I think. I made it to the gym this morning, but I didn't eat very well yesterday. Poor planning was partly to blame. I'm going to try to spend some time sketching out my goals and the steps to get there in terms of my health and weight loss. I think that will lead me in the right direction. Hope everyone has a great, OP day!

Hello Everyone sunrose - I know you can meet your goal! The important thing is that we never give up, right? wwlurker - Glad you made it to the gym and I hope you are able to work out your goals I'm doing pretty well today. I need to stay low on my points through tomorrow since I'm going to a high point/calorie food place on Thursday and I want to have points to use. Hopefully I can do it and not overdo the points on Thursday.

Good morning wwlurker, WTG making it to the gym. Writing your goals down is a great idea!! cj59, I'm with wwlurker you are killing maintenance! Be proud of yourself. Thanks for the support on reaching my 5% goal. I know I can do it and will. I had Roy Rogers last night for dinner I tracked it all. My son brought home a bag of candy corn M&Ms. OMG they are so good. I only ate 2, because I had already blown dinner.

Good morning! Checking in. I did some goal planning yesterday and I'm going to try to do a bit more today. Last night I did some meal prep so that I would be in a good position for lunches. Today I have packed my food for the whole day so that I'm not tempted to pick up treats while at work. I missed the gym this morning due to an appointment but I plan on going for the rest of the week. All things considered, I think I'm doing ok! cj59 - I love seeing how you balance it all out, making choices and indulging when you can or want to, but cutting back to adjust for that. I think that's what maintenance is all about - finding that balance. sunrose49 - good for you for tracking. I have a bad habit of not doing that when I go off track. Have a great day everyone!

Hello Everyone sunrose - Sorry I lured you over to the dark side with those M&Ms I try to portion those kind of things out too, and make them last for several days. I like Roy Rogers Roast Beef Sandwiches and they aren't too bad with points. Good for you tracking your meal. wwlurker - Good for you doing some food preparation and planning, I'm sure that will be helpful with your busy life. I'm doing alright today. I have been fighting the desire to overeat, but I want to save those weekly points for tomorrow so I'm using some activity points today instead. I have some Baked Tostitos and I had two servings of those with some Salsa. That helped me to get something crunchy and spicy and I ate them with lots of water to fill me up. This is something that usually works well for me, so I always try to have something crunchy in the house.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well I had a day of overeating yesterday. I pretty much knew I was going to do it. I enjoyed some of the food I ate, but realized at the end of the day it just didn't feel good to overeat like that. I hope I can remember that the next time I plan to buy high calorie foods and bring too many of them in the house. At least I did eat my fruits, vegetables and dairy yesterday and exercised and drank my water. And today I'm right back on track and have put yesterday behind me. I guess it's still a work in progress for me to figure out how to have some high-calorie foods, but limit the amount of them. I am a lot better at not feeling like one day is a failure, it's just that I'm not going to be perfect every day and all the time. I am glad that I seemed to have learned to spring right back from a day like that and start eating the better way again. Hope you all have a good weekend!

Good morning--sorry for being MIA a couple days. Never made it to the computer.
wwlurker, WTG with the planning.
cj59, wow you are really doing great. You are right about being perfect--none of us are--but the fact that you got right back on track is wonderful. I think I am starting to feel that too.
I am still tracking, have several blue dots this week. Will go to my WW meeting tomorrow morning and hope to have a loss of any kind.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well sunrose - Hope you do well with your weigh-in I'm doing well and staying on track the last 2 days, one more day in my week, so hopefully I can do alright tomorrow. I'm prepared to see a weight gain this week, and if I do then I know I just have to put it behind me and have a good week.

Hi everyone!
I have been away since Thursday and will be until Tuesday.
A lot has been going on personally. Just getting through and not focusing on weight or food at all.
I'll be back when I can.

Hello Everyone wwlurker - hope your trip goes well and you make it home safely. Sorry to hear about a lot of things going on, hang in there I'm doing pretty well today, of course it's the evening that trip me up. Funny how once it's dark it seems like overeating doesn't count! I'll be interested to see what I weigh tomorrow after the day of overeating this week. Hopefully I didn't do too bad.

Hello everyone, sorry I haven't posted in awhile things got a little busy last week. The good news is that I managed to stay OP and tracked everyday. I am down 2 more pounds and 2 pounds away from making 10%. Its been so going slow this time around with losing, but I am hanging in there. I had a non scale victory this week when I went to an amusement park and was able to get on a ride that I didn't fit on before. It felt really good. sunrose49, congrats on the 1 pound loss wtg cj59, hang in there and I hoped weigh went well for you. wwlurker, I hope all is going well with you also.

Hello Everyone sunrose - Congratulations on the loss! Glad you enjoyed the meeting too. leesa - Congratulations on your success, you'll be at 10% in no time at all. Non-scale victories are so sweet, aren't they? I'm happy you had one. I weighed in today and stayed the same again - 3 weeks in a row. I was surprised. I really overate a lot on that one day last week. I was very careful for 3 days after that though. I don't want to fall into the trap of believing I can do that every week though. So I'm hoping for a strong, on track week for this one. I'm restless today and working hard not to overeat. I've planned out my meals so I just need to stick to them.
