CONNIE am I mistaken or many months ago didn't you sign up for WW along w/ personal coaching? I feel like you had a guy and at first you were pretty gung ho but as time went on maybe less so? I know lots of "gimmicks" (trust me I've done 'em all) seem to be helpful in the first few weeks and then maybe not so much. I may have you confused w/ some other read headed W. Virginia pharmacist?

Put up few Christmas decorations
Baked a cake n delivered to a friend whose mom died
Katy school work laid out
No meal 3 Snacks Yogurt Cheese stick Sunflower seeds

I need to clean off the counter before it comes.I will probably use it as a slow cooker/pressure cooker.
I got 8 hrs sleep last night.
Celeste if you can find a good leader it's worth it or you can do online only.I may go to the first meeting just to get the materials.Providing I'm still LT.I'm a regular carboholic. I don't watch QVC but I do order online.I have turned into my mother.I like David too.We buy the HEB coffee.It's a medium/dark roast and is so good.I need to buy coffee tomorrow too.I like the Community Club cappuccino they sell in convenience stores.

CELESTE- I did the personal coach for several weeks, but I didn't quite "gel" with the coach. It did help me focus at first. After a while, I just went back to regular WW without the coach.....not that I've been using it. I am not sure how to get myself motivated these days.
Yesterday I cleaned up my flower beds and used the leaf blower on the yard. All of our leaves are off the tree, but we have a neighbor who hasn't raked, so his leaves will likely end up in our yard. Today I mopped all the floors downstairs and did all of the laundry.
ANGIE- the quilt on the frame now is my own 8 year quilt. I should have worked on it yesterday and today, but didn't. May go up tonight as it is my night to stay up all night. After I finish mine, I have a small table runner to do for a customer and a queen size quilt for another customer. Took a nap this evening, but still feel like staying up might be a struggle.

BECKY I don't watch QVC but there was so much FOOTBALL on since Thursday I couldn't take it and randomly switched the channel and QVC was on and Bob and I both thought it was fascinating and we love that David guy.
OK CONNIE I personally think of the coaching as a bunch of hooey but if you thought it was GREAT I might have "rethunk" it. Hard enough to click w/ a leader (which I did in a previous lifetime with the Wednesday Plano lady). So it will be worth it to me to do the annoying drive. Like you I WISH I were motivated. I'm trying all these gimmicks (Dietbet, Keto, Stepbet, now WW) to see if something's going to click. Not sure what to try NEXT if that doesn't work.
Took Miralax this AM to no avail and I'm going to take some more tonight. I'm so crampy I could scream. I'm even starting to get queasy now that I ate dinner. I feel like this entire thing started when 1) my schedule got nutsy around the holiday and 2) I got so extremely dehydrated on THX. I should probably have walked today but I'm literally doubling over w/ discomfort every hour or so. Man... P**P hurts.
Off to bed in a few. Sleep has been elusive and no way in heck I'll sleep tonight w/ this discomfort.
