I found these at Costco. Milton's Craft Bakers Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Baked Crackers 14 crackers (30 g) for 4SP. These are large crackers. I have found that 8 is a good-sized serving and only 2SP. They taste a bit like saltines, but not as dry. I'm not a fan of saltines, but I love these. They are much bigger than the Trader Joes Roasted Gorgonzola crackers. And much bigger than the Nabisco Good Thins that only have 3 servings in a box. I wouldn't buy those Good Thins again. blah! They are really good with salsa and I'm thinking they would be delicious with the Palmetto Cheese & jalapeno spread that linda72 posted a photo of a couple of weeks ago. There are a couple of other flavors, but the only other one that I might be curious about is the Cheddar Cheese flavor. They appear to have the same point value. I am not gluten free, but I have found these crackers to be very tasty and they are a normal size.

hallian, I love those crackers too! Yes, they would be good with the Palmetto jalapeno pimento cheese. I also eat only 7-8 for 2 SP. I've only tried the sea salt one.

linda72, I forgot to look for the cheese the last time I was in Costco, but I took a picture of your picture with my phone, so now I'll remember to check for it.

Just googled them and they have them at our WalMart. Now I'm a happy little camper. I'm all about the 'little things' LOL. Thanks for the review

New Food Find this Friday!
Peanut Butter & Co. makes powdered peanut butter that rivals PB2 AND it has some different flavors.
Besides, the original peanut butter flavor, Peanut Butter & Co. has a honey flavor, chocolate, vanilla, and flax & chia.
This week I have tried the Peanut Butter & Co. Honey Peanut Butter flavor. I like it. It has a touch of sweetness.
For those counting points, the points are the same as PB2. 2 TBL = 1 SP

linda72, I checked at Costco and couldn't find the Palmetto jalapeno pimento cheese. I am going to look in a different Costco. Now I am on a mission. LOL

If you hate greek yogurt, try Siggi's Icelandic instead. The plain (0% fat) is zero points; the fat free flavors are 3 points each except mixed berry which is 4. They are more savory and less tangy/tart than regular Greek yogurt And the texture is smooth and rich!

Palmetto jalapeno pimento cheese. I'm sorry you're Costco didn't have it. The one in Katy, Texas does. My Costco has quit carrying the large bags of Skinny popcorn. The manager there told me to fill out a form requesting it. He said they are very responsive to customer requests. They have a counter close to the exits with forms. Good luck!

I don't think I mentioned this before, but I discovered a diet-friendly white bread recently called Schmidt's/Old Tyme 647. It is low in calories like other light breads at 40 calories per slice, but a heartier slice than most. It has a little more fat per slice than other light breads, but not too much, but it's whopping fiber content of 7 grams per slice more than makes up for that. It's taste is fairly good. I generally prefer whole grain breads, but for some things white is better, such as for diet-friendly cinnamon toast or diet-friendly bread pudding. I think it might only be available on the East coast or even Mid Atlantic states, but maybe I'm wrong. They also have this 647 bread (whatever 647 means) in wheat and Italian varieties. Their website is at: schmidtbaking.com/products/647-2/

It is one of the 3rd party apps on the back of this week's Weekly and featured in a recipe for Peanut Butter-Banana Ice Cream Sandwiches (4 SPs).

linda72, Oh, I forgot about those forms. I used to use them all the time when my Costco was playing "now you see it, now you don't" with 1% milk. LOL
I will definitely give that a try. Thanks for the reminder.
