Good Morning DebDoesWW or Dallas, what a bummer to have to do that on a Friday! - Hope its quick. My weekend is practically identical to Dina's - errands, chores, the usual. Its pizza night so that's always fun. Add an in home rented movie and its not a terrible start. thyme2 congrats on the scale drop! linda72 you weekend sounds great! I know you'll thoroughly enjoy yourself with those plans :-) ksbruns waving back! Best of luck with the leg. Geez way too many of us have to do prednisone for one reason or another. It really is a challenge as far as the scale is concerned. Hope everyone enjoys the day! cherryt38 so sorry you have to contend with such pain issues - hope you can get relief

Good morning everyone.
DebDoesWW : Deb, Miss Nellie Gray (Missy) [my cat] thanks you for reminding dad to change out the litter box.
A crownāouch. But our generation is in so much better shape, dentally speaking, than generations gone by where such a high percentage of seniors ended up with false teeth.
ksbruns : Kathy, glad you're getting the final installment on the injections and I hope that it fixes you up for a long time.
linda72 : Linda, don't ever be afraid to order what you NEED in a restaurant. I've been amazed at how cooperative they can be if they want to. I've ordered in restaurants like that off menu, simply telling the waitperson that I don't see what I need on the menu and asking for: 1 egg, poached, a toasted English muffin w/o butter (or Rye toast dry), and fresh fruit. You don't know if you don't try!
My weekend starts off as today as usual with volunteer work at the Library and then lunch with my friends there. Saturday and Sunday are unplanned, but since we're supposed to have sunshine I think a nice drive somewhere in the area will be on the agenda.

Nothing planned here. Just lots of rest and sleeping.
We are making homemade chicken noodle soup here at school. Using canned veggies and pre cooked chicken, but still the basic concept.

Kathy - Good luck Linda - I do what Mike does and order off the menu. Never been a problem. Tomorrow, DS and I are meeting our late sister's best friend for lunch about 1.5 hours north. From there we will head up to Saugerties, NY to visit our niece's salon and spend the night with her and her BF. Might visit a winery or two in the area.

Susiq, you'll be in my neck of the woods! Ugh to the dentist Deb. Kathy, glad to hear the injections are working. Cherry, glad you're better after a rough spring & summer. Linda, sounds like fun. Beth, congrats on the 2 lbs. Hi everyone before me and AWF.
Blood work revealed thyroid out of whack again so increasing meds. I never seem to feel different. I am just chronically tired š“. And feeling a tad queasy this morning, lots of stomach bugs going around so I'll be doing lots of chores here at home all weekend.

dina Had a great lunch at Eat Fresh: egg white omelet with mushrooms and onions and pico on the side. Skipped the bread and ate the cup of fruit. Had plenty to eat and it was very good! Thanks for the suggestion!

Went to WW meeting. I knew I was running late so thought about WI and leaving. The meeting was just beginning when I got there and the line was long. Only 1 receptionist so it took the 30 min meeting to WI. Must be that time of year. š At least people participated while they waited. The scale was down .6 which was a good thing. Working on clearing the house this weekend. Dh practiced getting into and out of the car. Definitely a victory.
Have a great Friday!

Thanks for the good wishes... sullicat1 I don't know if the injections are going to help or not, but there were quite a few reports of the injections themselves being difficult, so I'm just relieved that isn't true! linda72 Whew. I couldn't imagine what they could be putting in an egg white omelette to make it 17 points (some piece of bread, LOL.) Like zazzles and @susiq125679 I think eating out is so doable, I would be nuts if I had to quit. In Salem, there was a diner that was famous for their pancakes and waffles and, by asking, I found I could get one pancake, one egg, and 1/2 order of bacon. I was so surprised when it was no big deal. I usually presume I have to just eat half the meal, but it's lovely when they assist. I'm so glad it worked out! pamthomas46 That IS a victory! DebDoesWW No sign of you, šPrincess Deb....hope it went okay. I have a mouthful of crowns, got my first one in my 20's, so now they are starting to need replacing; yuck. I am always so excited when a dentist doesn't see repair work in my mouth. I felt this injection a bit more than the other two, but no aching now, so presume a quiet weekend will get me over the hump. Catching up on the DVR and some emailing. Have a good weekend!

Working on clearing the house this weekend. Dh practiced getting into and out of the car. Definitely a victory. Have a great Friday! In our meeting, regulars who are free Lifetime or known by the staff to be on a monthly pass are pretty much allowed to just go sit in the meeting when the lines are long and weigh in after the meeting ends. But there must be something more to it, because when Iāve browsed products after the meeting and bought something, Iāve often had the receptionist say something like, āOh! Iāve already closed the meeting.ā Then she sells me the product. But there must be something about whether the meeting gets credit for the sale or not depending on whether theyāve closed the meeting in the computer. Very strange accounting practices WW usesābut they always have!

Quick check in.
Deb,I hope you aren't hurting too much.
Beth,Congrats on the 2 lbs.
Kathy,I'm glad the injections haven't been as bad as you thought they would be.
I lost 1.6 lbs this week.
I start my set of 3 knee injections on Feb 6.They will be using Supartz(whatever that is)instead of Synvisc. It took 3 calls this week to his Austin office to even get a return call but from what the lady said they were having trouble getting in the inventory.
Today hasn't been my best day but I can feel it's going to turn around.
