I think that's the rub. The next meeting, or in this case the open hours, aren't a shift that she and our leader work so somebody else gets the credit and, as you know, that gets kind of competitive given the push for staff to sell sell sell.

Absolutely DebDoesWW and zazzles....I worked a lot of Open Hours when I was staff and there was a lot of criticism about them taking away from the meeting sales (and yes, it WAS nice when I'd have someone come in and clean the shelves off, LOL.) So, I got where as soon as the next staff arrived and was settled, I would close my meeting and just let them open the next, just made for better relations.
