I wasn't insulting your challenge DebDoesWW.I was pouting b/c I don't get blue dots or any kind of dots period.NOT!!!I wasn't pouting at all.I know not all of us do WW or all do SP for that matter but maybe a HEZ challenge would be good also.I don't know what we could do for those counting calories solely.Your challenge was taken in the best of ways and we love you.

For those of you who are not of fans blue dots, it makes a good visual for people who are not tracking. I have always been a good tracker, but I can assure you that there were days in the past that I ate out of the healthy eating zone many times a month. So it is showing me that I am doing a better job of not binging. Everybody has to find their own way.

I may be "dotless" the very first day. Eaten my fill today and not interested in eating more just to fill a blue button. Oh well..guess my challenge will be just to track.

"Dots" not for me - I don't have a smartPhone and web-based does not offer that option.
Don't get me started on WebConnect.
