Couple of diet cokes or Coke Zeroes a day. Otherwise, the only sweeteners I use are sugar and brown sugar, but I rarely add sweeteners to anything.

I use the grocery store brands of Equal, which are cheaper. I generally use 5 packs per day (one in each of my 3 cups of coffee and 2 in my oatmeal).

I did several rounds of Whole30 and I lost my taste for sweeteners pretty much. I think that's a blessing in disguise because I used to have 5-6 packets a day, easily. I still have a powerade zero maybe 3x a week, and occasionally I'll get a starbucks drink with their sugar free syrups. When I use sweetener at home, I use either Splenda naturals or Natural Mate stevia blend. There's a good balance of the stevia and erythritol, for my tastebuds: not too much erythritol so it doesn't have the cooling feeling that gives, and not too much stevia so it doesn't have that licorice or bitter taste.

Dot, I love Whole30.
I have never thought that Stevia tasted like licorice. I love licorice.

I use the WW Cafe Creations flavored sweetener packets in my coffee. No other added sweeteners. However, I just noticed that our meeting Center is out of them and haven’t been able to order more in. Looks like I might need to use something else ☹️

Looks like I might need to use something else ☹️ If those WW flavored sweetener packets have artificial sweeteners, you can indeed kiss them goodbye. WW announced months ago that they are moving to remove artificial ingredients, including sweeteners, from all products that carry the WW brand. That will include those sold directly at meetings and those available through retail channels.

I use about 3-4 packets a day. At home I use 1/2 stevia & 1/2 monk fruit in my coffee (that blend tastes best to me) and do eat 1/2 cup of Dannon Light & Fit yogurt, which has Splenda, in my oatmeal every day. Only a few restaurants have Stevia, none around here have monkfruit (more expensive). I do carry a little bottle of liquid stevia in my BIG purse when I go out. What I should do is drink tea instead of coffee, as I don't need any sweetener in tea!

Now, zero. I used to use maybe 10 packets a day in coffee and on cereal with fruit. I had severe digestive issues that totally cleared up after I stopped using artificial sweeteners. If it is not a problem for you, I don't see the need to limit. They are supposed to do a number on the gut flora.

Can’t figure out how to make a coffee sweetener without artificial sweeteners! However, today they were pushing the new peanut butter powder🙄

Hmm... I guess 1 on average. I use True Lemonade which I put in water. I probably average one packet a day, sometimes none and sometimes 2.

I used to used 8-10 packets of Sweet & Low daily. When I switched to NuStevia, it was so sweet, I had to cut back to 1 packet or less per use, so I usually use about 4 per day. I tried Truvia and some of the other stevia, but liked this one the best because for me it doesn't have that bitter aftertaste. It has a very small amount of maltodextrin.

Maybe a few times per week I make a skim milk mocha frapaccino, which I put 1 pack of Truvia granulated in and a squirt of Hershey's Light Chocolate syrup. I may drink a few Coke Zeros per week, which I believe are sweetened with aspartame. Otherwise, the only other times I use larger amounts of low/no sugar substitutes are when I bake some sweet. Then I either use Truvia baking blend (white or brown sugar combined with stevia and erythritol), powdered sucralose, Truvia spoonable (stevia/erythritol), or Swerve confectioner's sweetener (erythritol). I guess that turns out to be kind of a lot those days, but not nearly as much as 40 packets of sweetener.
For topping foods like cinnamon toast or crepes, Truvia granulated is my choice. It looks and tastes most like sugar.

I needed to buy Truvia granulated this week and when I went to Walmart I found they have a generic house brand of it. I bought it but haven't tried it yet. It was a couple of bucks cheaper than Truvia.
