And what kind?
I am just curious.
I use Stevia, and about 10 packs a day. What brought up this question is I was wondering if I was using too many. BUT the ADI (allowed daily intake) is 40 packs.

This doesn't help you, but none. I do not add sugar or any sugar substitute. No sugar in coffee, tea..etc..

I'm with dina, on this. I don't add anything to coffee, tea, etc. I do use brown sugar splenda when I make BBQ sauce but that is a half-sugar blend and I use 1 tablespoon in the whole recipe so I doubt it's much per serving. 40 packets does seem like a lot.

None. I used to use Equal but clearly I used too many. My body decided it no longer liked sweeteners of any kind so I had to go cold turkey.

I use one in my coffee and one I mix into my plain yogurt. I use one called Whole Earth. It is stevia and monk fruit. If I can't find that, I use Splenda.
I stay away from the pink and blue stuff.

I used to use 2 (total) sweet ‘n’ low’s daily in coffee. Then I started using the Jordan’s Skinny Syrup so 0.

Ultimately I'd like to use none but, I use two Splenda in hot oatmeal and I will sometimes use a Splenda in my plain Greek yogurt. Holy crap, I can't imagine 40!

The fact that I seldome use packets, instead using Splenda granulated, probably speaks volumes!
I use three different sweeteners:
Truvia (Stevia) in berries which, is granulated like sugar and makes berries "juice" like sugar does.
Equal in coffee with Half & Half on the rare occasions I have coffee while out and about. (Except if I buy coffee at Whole Foods where they only have a Stevia sweetener.)
Splenda or Splenda blends for anything else.
In coffee at home I use Coffee Mate Sugar-Free Italian Cream, which has enough sweetener in it that I don't add any more; I'm nut sure what sweetener they use.

Good for you all that use none. I can drink tea sometimes with nothing to sweeten it, as I do herbal tea. Coffee, can't do that way yet.

I went several months without using anything, then it slowly creeped back into my diet. the way I look at it one or two a day is ok!
