Although, my team was not in the Super Bowl, my FSU player did play great! Lady Gag was impressive. The commercials were subpar and disappointing. Where were the Clydesdales??
Short handed at the clinic and I forgot my zumba clothes, so this is a rotten Monday!

I'm not a football fan but I live in Boston so I had to watch the game. So exciting! I work on Boylston St. so tomorrow the parade will go past my building. I've worked here for a long time and have seen a lot of parades for the Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics. And I thought Lady Gaga was great!

I agree with the commercials, although I liked a few, like the Coke one. But no puppies or horses?!

DebDoesWW Out here in far west Houston, we never saw the crowds. However, we live very close to a private airport and the lear jets were really flying last night 11-1 a.m. Took me a second to determine it was the people who flew in for the game and they were all leaving! I'm glad things went smoothly and I think Houston did a good job hosting. Next year the Super Bowl will be in Minnesota so I doubt they'll be looking at temperatures near 80! LOL The commercials were fairly blah this year. I miss ones with horses and animals; I guess there were too many "messages" trying to be made. I'm pretty naive so I missed a lot of the subliminal meanings of some. Same with Lady Gaga. I didn't "see" the hidden messages she supposedly did. I just like the singing and dancing; just nice entertainment.

Hi everyone, Didn't really watch the game last night. not a big football fan. Got a new computer at work. Finally got a laptop. Although it's an old Toshiba, it's still a laptop. Trying to get used to new keyboard, had to find all my sites all over again. But I'm getting used to it.
I have training tonight and Thursday from 4-7. But the good thing is it's in the local office. So I have about a 20 minute drive home rather than an hour drive home! I am ridiculously happy about this! Sometimes it's the little things that matter

We should have coffee sometime if you ever have a break at work (and if I ever head anywhere but the hospital!) The weather is supposed to be yuck tomorrow, but I suppose the parade will go on!

The weather is supposed to be yuck tomorrow, but I suppose the parade will go on! I'd love to meet for coffee. Never met a fellow WW IRL! The parade will definitely go on. I'm just thinking that my commute on the T will be a pain between the snow/sleet and parade-goers!

Was there even a Doritos commercial?!
What a difference a half makes! That really was a heck of a comeback game and Ga Ga was fantastic! Congrats Pat's fans!
Point-friendly nachos for dinner during the game saved me from getting into too much trouble. Is anyone else dragging today? I feel like my bum's in a bag on the floor three feet behind me. Perhaps a nap is in order....
Have a good afternoon everyone!

100gone Done! We are leaving for TX to see J's family in two weeks....I am committed to really finishing things up before we leave, and really want some *Kathy* time in the city. I am thinking that 🐶 is getting settled enough at the new daycare that I could leave her for longer than 4 hours and do some jaunting. So yes, let's figure it out...where are you on Boylston? I used to walk from the Arlington stop to the Pru last year to get in some steps, so I know that area. Fun! You are right your commute will probably be grim tomorrow. I'm supposed to go into Cambridge in the afternoon and guess I can slip and slide around if the ice comes...will count on the bus to behave... doordie50 I am dragging...not only going to bed later, but then I stared at the ceiling a while. I am such an 👵🏻 about my sleep, but was surprised that a few hours could mess with me so. WE JUST HUNG THE LAST PICTURES. Just sayin'.

ksbruns,Where will you and DH be headed for in Texas? I had my 1st of 3 injections of Supartz today. It hurt going in even with the numbing spray.I don't know why this Dr didn't tell me on the first visit but today he says my knee is shot(like I didn't already know that)but he's going ahead with the injections anyway but I will have to have knee replacement surgery at some point in time.He looked at my knee and said your leg won't straighten out.Uh,right Doc that's why I came the first time.I realize he's only at this clinic twice a week and he has another practice in Austin but today it was like this prob won't do any good but we'll do it anyway.Geez.My knee does hurt worse than before the injection but I think that's prob from him pulling on my leg b/c it doesn't hurt where he put the injection. He said I don't have to restrict any activity and what he said about the drug was pretty much what I read online. Some people get relief after the 1st one and others don't get any relief until after the 3rd one.One down 2 more to go.

Becky, J is from West Texas...yeehaw! We'll be flying into DFW since I have friends there, and then driving to Lubbock and Muleshoe (yes, really), where he is from. I truly believe it helped me that I took 2 days of really staying off my feet with the injection, even though the doctor didn't tell me I had to...I am sorry that it hurt. I think these are considered the last stand before surgery when cortisone doesn't work any more. My hope is to make it another year; J is much less busy in the summer, so it would be easier.
