ksbruns,I know where Lubbock is and I have definitely heard of Muleshoe although I've never been there. We live about 30 miles from Austin. Right now it doesn't hurt as bad.Once in awhile when I'm walking thru the house a place in my leg where he pulled on it that feels like it wants to buckle. Before I got off the table he told me to stretch it a couple of times and I could see why.It was stiff.I think if I do go to Curves tomorrow I will just do the machines and not the 30 seconds of stepping between each machine.

linda72 I totally agree, I think they did a fabulous job. The helicopters have been since Thursday, if you are close to an airport you might not have noticed the increased air traffic but man Homeland totally had every inch covered, it was very nice to see that everyone was so protected but I am glad things have calmed down. *ETA was curious so I just googled. This is why they were so annoying. Yikes. abc13.com/news/what-was-that-low-flying-chopper-over-houston/1728987/

DebDoesWW I know these precautions are a necessary part of our life so I try to look at these helicopters, drones, police cars, etc. as the good guys staying ahead of the bad guys. Hope all they ever have to do is practice.

borntexan I hope it goes okay for you, I definitely felt lucky...now to see if it does any good! I'm not sure I would classify myself as amazingly better, but I'm holding for sure. Yes, I knew all of you were *too south* unless, by chance, someone was gong to be in Dallas. I'm hoping we'll have a little break from Winter; it's always nice not to have to travel with winter clothes.
