Hi June thanks for starting us off.
Tomorrow I can string another OP day. It feels so good to be able to fully do the program.....seems like a long time. Before I was just writing down all I ate with no points attached....just going through the motions. Now I can focus on getting off what I had to put on.

Ann It sounds like you have a great plan.I know it's been hard for you having to gain the weight but you definitely know how to lose it again.
I don't have anything planned for tomorrow for once.If the sun comes out in the afternoon I will hopefully get in a walk in addition to the recumbent bike.I plan to be OP and drink my water. It's supposed to be up in the 70's tomorrow so would like to spend some time outside.
Audrey I pray you will feel better soon.

This afternoon I will go to a friend's house and we will work on a dress together. Hopefully will finish it today. I have white beans cooking on the stove and have enough for more than one meal so...will be enjoying them when they are done.
Today I can: * walk up the stairs (three flights) to my friend's apartment * eat healthy balanced meals * not buy a bottle of wine to take and sip with my friend this afternoon - will buy some sparkling water instead, I think

Good morning, June - Ann - Becky - Cathy - and AWF!!!
Prayers continue... esp for our ailing posters & Loved Ones... and those under particular stress... and {{{HUGS}}}... and thankYouThankYouTHANKYOU for your prayers for me and my family...
☁️🌷🌱🌷☁️🌷🌱🌷☁️
Today's forecast is for cloudy skies and temps just touching 40s. <meh>.
This morning I can attend my regular WW workshop at 8 AM; YM boot camp meant that the last 2 weeks were check-ins elsewhere. Then Toots & I are going to the mall, to Yankee Candle. I've got a really good coupon that I'd like to use, to "stock up" for the rest of the winter / spring.
This afternoon I will take the Kressling to soccer practice from 1-3 PM with his new travel team (loosely affiliated with his aunt MissMouse's church - funny how that worked out). It's at a new indoor location close to one of the other ones we've been at this winter. He may end up having supper with us so he can also practice trombone.
Otherwise? More knitting. More Not Much. Not bad at all. And I suddenly realized yesterday that the new expenses of Medicare Part B, supplement, and Medicare Part D must be calculated into our monthly budget. So I must play with numbers a bit,
Tomorrow we are going to The Plantation for 1 PM for a squidSitting session. Must also plan the necessary Movable Feast(s) for lunch and dinner. <hmmmm>
But first... coffee... and breakfast... ☕️☕️☕️...
☁️🌷🌱🌷☁️🌷🌱🌷☁️ Have a healthy-eating day, all! ☁️🌷🌱🌷☁️🌷🌱🌷☁️

Ann - Glad you can get back to "normal". I'm sure it feels good! Becky - It's so nice to have an unplanned day. Enjoy! Cathy - Have a great time! Hope you get the dress done. MJ - Not a too crazy weekend for you. Enjoy. The concert last night was so amazing. They have such a large body of work that not every favorite could be covered, especially as they were promoting a new album coming out in April. But they brought the house down with Games People Play. Carol and I are arguing over that being their most popular US it. I'm about to search out the answer. Today we are going to Cape May and wander around the lighthouse, old fort and quaint Victorian architecture. I'm also hoping to stop at one of my favorite wineries to pick up a couple of bottles of my favorite wines. They are only open on Saturdays during the off season and many of their wines sold out last year so it will be slim pickings. But worth it.

Good morning all. I got a wonderful sleep in and woke up feeling refreshed. Showered dressed and had one cup of coffee. In a bit I'll have breakfast, but must have more coffee first LOL. Cathy have fun making your dress with your friend. MJ I know all about doing the 'retirement juggling act' LOL...good luck getting the numbers to work for you. Susi have fun picking up your favorite wine. Your day sounds fun. Not sure what is on the agenda for today. We made tentative plans with another couple and will wait till she knows if she will be able to make it. She has a lot of 'family drama' right now. Wishing AWF a good day. Yes it feels so good to be totally back on plan......my wii was very happy with me this a.m. I'm at the high end of my 'happy zone'

I've got a low key weekend and I am so glad. Seems like I've had something planned every single weekend here lately. Work was weird this past week. Long story. Glad its behind me. Randy and I went out to dinner last night at Catch in Lexington. I had sirloin medallions and grilled jumbo shrimp. Their hushpuppies are fabulous! Afterwards we stopped at Hobby Lobby and picked up my print that I had framed. When we were in Pigeon Forge several weeks ago I fell in love with a Dancing Bears print in the cabin we stayed in. I found the print on Amazon-I'll post a pic in a little bit. Its kind of corny but I love to dance and the pic just makes me so happy every time I look at it. I splurged a little last night so today will be OP with a walk even if I have to take it in the house. Its a bit rainy right now. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend ❤️❤️❤️ June, thanks for the start...hope your Saturday is relaxing. Ann, great job. I have no doubt you'll do what needs to be done Becky, I also count points for everything but fruit/veg. I have to. Freestyle was a little too free for me LOL Cathy I love beans! hope the dress making goes well. MJ, have a wonderful day with the grands. Susi, the concert sounds amazing! enjoy the rest of your great activities and precious time with family!

June, make it a good one!
Becky, sure hope the sun comes out for you today, and you get to walk.
Ann, so proud of the actions yo took to gain the weight as asked, even though it went against everything in you. You are a trooper, and my hero! Glad that you're free to go back to doing WW as you always knew it. Enjoy your day.
Cathy, sounds like a marvelous fun afternoon with your friend.
MJ, sounds like another Diva Day! Enjoy. You probably told and I missed it --- what are you knitting?
Susi, have a great day. Hope you get a wine you like,
Audrey, the dinner photos you posted, the chowder and the veggie dish from last night --- what all was in the veggie dish --- it looked great!
I am planning a slow day. Was extremely busy yesterday. Went to lunch with the Ladies, and we went to coffee at the new bakery. They were testing a new tea cookie and brought samples for us to taste --- I passed. I was proud of me. LOL
Ate Greek food though, and the salt bomb has me in its throes. Water, here I come.
Hope AWF have a great day!

Gooooood morning
Will have to go back and read yesterday's post ... I hate to miss out. Until I do, I will check in w/ today's.
Ann Yay!!! Glad that you can get back to your routine. Here's too seeing a happy Wii again!
Becky Bet there are many Americans who wish they could wake up to 70s andsunshine today. Enjoy that walk in the sun. Soak up a ray or toe for me!
Bee Yay! Any time that you pass up a free cookie while w/ others in a group are indulging is a win to celebrate. It's all to easy just to eat thedarn thing. Ha ha ha.... Why friends never suggest getting a nice piece of fruit or vegetable entree?
Cathy Bringing sparkling water to enjoy is a great idea. So nice of you to assist your friend.
LaDonna Glad that you are done w/ the weird work week and had such a nice meal w/ Randy.
Mj Love that you have a coupon for Yankee candles. Good to get what you want at a discount! Nice that you have a more relaxing weekend mapped out.
Susi Have fun "hunting" for wine. Glad that you had a blast at the concert.
Waving hi to Audrey & Pam!

It's another crisp clear day. Here in Central CA I am not sick of rain and so happy we have rain after years of drought. The one coming in mid week will drop more on northern CA but we take whatever we can get. The waterfalls in Yosemite this spring will be spectacular. Water department is going to check their meter which is out in the street under ground so they say. Last time someone did that they killed a pistachio tree in the yard cutting the main root. DH made me a hot toddy last night so I slept from midnight till 6:15. Woke up with right eye have closed, coughing and stuffy so I sent him off to do grocery shopping without me. Our grandsons and DDIL have the same ailments so they must have shared the virus when I babysat last Saturday. The baby is throwing up and at least I do not have that symptom. I keep telling my son the baby (almost two) should just have plain food and water. I have three great recipes planned for the week, Charles Phan's Vietnamese street rice tonight, and then Ottolenghi's red lentil, tomato curry soup and a reprise of the chard, white bean tomato dish I made last week but this time as a main course. We will have grilled chicken or fish on the other nights with vegetables and salads. I am almost done reading The Bookshop by Penelope Fitzgerald so will finish it today, knit, watch college basketball and drink lots of hot tea.

bee the veggie dish was to die for In fact, I've made plans with my husband and daughter to return for lunch Monday since it is a seasonal side and could be off the menu at the end of February. The acorn squash is halved and roasted. It was topped with broccoli, mushrooms, an heirloom grain I have never heard of and cannot remember, tiny pieces of butternut squash Wish I had photographed the menu description but I will do so on Monday. I am sure there was olive oil or butter involved. I could have skipped the chowder and just had it with my salad. I imagine something like Israeli couscous could substitute for the grain.
