I am willing to KOKO. Had a great healthy Mexican lunch yesterday with my WW friend and her little boy. Glad our restaurants are making heart healthy food. Also I went to see the new model homes my friend's company builds. Keyless entry, insulation that is 49 R and I think ours is 30-32, low energy lights, drip irrigation instead of sprinklers, great appliances and lots and lots of closet space. Even the windows are dual pane with a vinyl protection so the house stays cooler in the summer. The decorating was gorgeous but I expected no less.
OK so after Pilates I have lunch plans with my friend but today she cancelled on a mutual friend who knows her situation. She even texted all happy etc. the day before as she did to me today. I exchanged emails with the husband and said it was lunch my treat no shopping and I was looking forward to it so we will see what happens. I told DH he is my back up lunch date. He has a meeting tonight so we are having left over lasagna and salads. Will keep my other meals mindful and drink a ton of water. I also plan to walk, walk walk. No rain today so it should be perfect.
Susi, win big in LV if you gamble. Hope we all have a great day.

37* and heading to the mid-50s today; the temps are finally starting to warm up to "seasonable".
DivaTaxi's off duty (Son#1 is WFH). MHMR is on schedule. I am considering whether I want to go to a WW workshop at 10 AM (I like this leader <er> coach). The Kressling should be here for trombone practice tonight; with the addition of Wednesday soccer practice and weekend games, his practice time is taking a hit.
Toots' cardioDoc appt went well. He is scheduled for an echocardiogram (he's NEVER had one) on Weds 4/10, after my regular appt with our PC - same medGroup. Then he's on a 6-month recheck schedule with bloodwork for next time. The one thing I want to keep an eye on is his BP, which was 117/68. That's great, but since he's taking meds and this is a new low, I want to see, if it's staying this low, if the meds might need to be adjusted. We've got an at-home cuff already...
Soccer practice times were screwy again last night. <grrr>. We got there for 6 PM and they didn't start organized workouts until 7 PM. By then, this group of early-teen boys was WILD, so they ended at 8 not 8:30. And the Kressling said that when they got the message that their coach was not coming after all (it's a joint practice with another team/coach) several of his teammates bailed out. He didn't - and I'm impressed with that. Did I mention cold... and windy... <sigh>...
Individual turkey meatloaves tonight.
Coffee tastes good... βοΈβοΈβοΈ... HOT coffee...
π±πΏβοΈπΏπ±πΏβοΈπΏπ±πΏβοΈπΏπ± Have a healthy-eating day, all! π±πΏβοΈπΏπ±πΏβοΈπΏπ±πΏβοΈπΏπ±

Hi all and good morning. Audrey happy you enjoyed your Mexican luncheon. Either way, enjoy our pilates and lunch today Becky my portion sizes are 'growing' these days as well. Need to get back into the swing of it all! Funny how a half cup of broccoli and a half cup of mashed potato are different Cathy I was okay yesterday up until after supper when I had more than my fair share of cheese and pepperoni. I'm wearing it today. Some days are just like that. June nothing like starting the day with bubbles Both your meal decisions sound good to me. I'm a lasagna lover so that would be my choice. MJ sorry for the soccer mess up. Your meatloaves sound great. Today I'm willing to be willing and to get out those aware glasses...especially later in the day. Wishing AWF a wonderful Wednesday!

As usual I have breakfast and lunch planned but not the dinner meal. Last night I cooked Salmon filets and they were so good. I have LOs so I am sure I'll have one of those and sides tbd. Very pleased that I'm stringing along daily walks. They make me feel so much better. Work should not be bad today...hope I am not speaking too soon. I got my book started last night and I am enjoying so far. Looking forward to reading again tonight. Audrey the houses sound really nice. walking and hydrating plans sound just right. Becky, hope the calorie counting will go well. June, your morning sounds nice and relaxing hope the rest of the day will be as well. Bee, enjoy time spent with the grands and hang tough avoiding the youngster snacks. Cathy, hope your weather is better today...great plans. MJ, I know you are ready for some spring weather. glad the appts went well. Ann, cheese and pepperoni happens...I am sure you'll take care of getting back on track today. Cathy I'm glad you enjoyed yourself yesterday.Sounds like a good plan for today.
June Good plans as well.
MJ I'm glad Toots appointment went well.Your seasonable temps are still cool for us.
Angie Isn't that the truth about the portions being different?I'm with you on that later in the day awareness.
LaDonna Your dinner sounds good and I like leftovers.I was double tracking with calories while doing WW so I just cut out one for now.So far so good.I hope you can continue stringing those daily walks together.I didn't walk outside yesterday since I had already done plenty in the grocery store and Walmart.
No grocery shopping today and DH is outside repairing a fence.I don't know when he will be through and I'm sure we will do something.I just don't know what yet.

Checking in, because I have a few minutes before class.
Ann those days are a gift. Nice to have a day that can be full of possibilities! And have no stress on the horizon!
Becky Hope that your DH gets the fence repair done in quick order. Love that I have another friend whose day can turn into something unplanned and pleasant.
Mj Good news re: Toot's cardio check up. That BP sounds like it is in the range of what is preferred. But asking questions and checking meds is always a GOOD thing! <Meh> re: the soccer practice situation. Yes, Kressling acted responsibly, which is definitely to his credit. Those are the small examples of character that make your heart warm. Workshop coaches-leaders- voodoo priestesses whatever--they are now called make a big difference, for sure.
LaDonna Love that sound of satisfaction in your "voice" from regular walks. Cannot underestimate the stress relief and mood enhancement that comes from a nice long walk! L/O that are a healthy & yummy alwatys work!
Am off. Need to conclude the Lewis & Clark Expedition > today we are crossing the Plains, scaling the Rockies, travelling through the Clearwater, Snake, & Columbia Rivers, wintering at Fort Clatsop, and then returning as St. Louis if from the dead. Good times.
