I was surprised to see a link to a printable weekly planner in one of this week's online articles. A nod to those who are not thrilled with all the online stuff, perhaps? Not exactly a tracker but close enough to it to think that perhaps there is something to that "walking back WW" thing. www.weightwatchers.com/us/sites/default/files/ww_worksheet_1017.pdf

Next thing you know, they'll bring back the GOOD HEALTH GUIDELINES!!! Now, that is really going old school.
The link you had above says 1017 at the end. Does that mean October, 2017? If so, then they really are resurrecting the past. You know, the past that worked!!!

I loved paper and pencil to write out my meals because when they had the three month planner I could flip back two weeks where I was really successful and repeat those meals. It was a quick visual of success or failure. I also agree with bringing back the GHGs.

I track on the weight watcher site to get my 'wins'. Not a fan of online tracking. I am now buying the weight watcher journals that they brought back! Like Audrey said, I like going back to those weeks where I was very successful to see what I did right and those weeks when it was a total disaster to see what I did wrong!
I still follow the GHG's and yes I too wish they would bring them back. To me they were the backbone of the Weight Watcher diet or eating plan or whatever you want to call it!
For some reason that link didn't work on my computer.

Nah. REALLY going old school would be bringing back the required weekly dose of liver. And making your own ketchup out of tomato juice (been there, done that).

And making your own ketchup out of tomato juice (been there, done that). Not to mention the myriad of desserts made from diet sodas, gelatin, artificial sweetener, extracts and powdered nonfat milk!

Mike, I can do the liver every week. Bee, you can have it TWICE a week—then I won’t have to eat it at all!
