Wow congratulations on a great first week! I love, love, love Freestyle. It's a perfect fit for me. Early on a leader said... if 2 eggs always satisfied you, don't start eating 4 just because they are 0. That REALLY was an ah ha moment for me. Another thing that helps me and it's more mental than anything are the rollovers, they make me feel like I can earn back some points I overused the previous day or earlier in the week. Something Freestyle helped me with was to slow the heck down..For years I'd fill the plate, eat until everything was gone. A-ok because it was all portioned and pointed. Now I eat slower, eat more mindfully, take a breather once in awhile to see if I'm still hungry or continuing to eat to empty the plate and YES there is a huge difference between the two. It's a different mindset no doubt and requires honing in and sharpening a skill that's been sleeping in us most likely since we were kids. You CAN do this! i can only speak for myself, but for me it wasn't necessarily a case of "well if i had 2 eggs before, i can have 19 of them now" or 12 oz of chicken breast vs a single portion, etc. i just seemed to have a smidgen more than i had room for in the calorie deficit formula. and i was trying to live by the spirit of the program, with not counting or tracking them. just going by "satisfaction" and not "fullness." in the end i was double tracking calories and points and found that i was eating just enough not to lose, and that wasn't even all that much. i'm guessing i'm just in that one point in the journey where i really cannot eat much in order to lose. that's why i suspect i was partially so successful with momentum. at 18 losing points at the tail end there, that was not much food! it works though! there probably are a myriad of success stories on freestyle, but i'm curious how people are doing when they're within 10 or less lbs of their goal. how they are doing it and if they've found they have to cut back a lot. i'm trying freestyle again now (and did about 4 times over the past several months) but we'll see. i haven't resorted to the double tracking just yet, but I'm sure i will soon enough. i can blow through points like the dickens and when i track the calories, i'm only at about 700 calories. then comes in a serving of chicken breast (or some fish) and bam, down one week, back up the very next.

Congrats on your weight loss. I lost 50 lbs on Freestyle, so no hate from me.
Don't forget to use your weekly points. If you don't use them now, you won't have anything to give up when you are trying to lose those last few pounds. LOL

I rarely use any weekly points so far. Just once when I went out to Red Lobster. A lot of times I don't even use all my daily points, since most of the snacks I use are zero points and I don't each much breakfast.

Only two pounds lost this week, so I think it's time for phase 2 - exercise! Any ideas of good programs and sites?

"Only" 2 lbs is good! I'd be thrilled to lose 2 whole lbs in one week!
I think if you're just getting started with exercise, take it slow and ramp up from there as you get stronger and develop more stamina. Walking is good. Lots of walking. Some of my favorite exercise has been walking in hilly neighborhoods. Not even going fast, just making sure I get some hills in there. If there are sidewalks, sometimes I'll add in a few times of stepping down the curb then back up, walk a bit more and repeat.

There are also some routines to be done at home on Pinterest and instagram depending on what you search for.
I bought a kettle bell, a jump rope, and some exercise bands for home. It's nice to be able to do stuff at home if I can't get to the gym that day.

As Fin says, walking is good. I walked; I also bought and enjoyed riding a bike.
I belong to 24 Hour Fitness and never go. Just can’t get motivated.
Of course it depends on where you are at in your weight loss journey, but if you don’t have a huge amount of weight to lose, then losing 2 pounds in a week is excellent. WW designs its programs for members to lose an AVERAGE of 2 pounds per week.

I used to belong to a small local private gym but the one I go to now is actually part of our work building for tenants of the building only. But it has all the same basics that a gym would have. I really enjoy heavy lifting and strength training and this little gym has all I need to accomplish that.

Only two pounds lost this week Please don't get into this mindset, it's the kiss of death. The program is designed to created 1/2 lb to 2 lb losses per week on average. Going forward, your weekly weighins are going to be all over the place, calculate your average... please don't put too much value on any one weigh in.

According to the charts folks have posted, I'm still about 50 lbs from the top value of the "normal" range. Then, in my experience, if you are following Freestyle the way WW intends, you should not expect to see an average loss of more than 2# a week. And remember, when you exercise you lose fat but gain muscle; although muscle is more dense (i.e., fat is fluffy), you might notice that youre measurements are dropping even if your weight isn’t dropping more quickly—building muscle can make your body more compact.
