Good to see you June and great goals in place for Monday.
I am happy to report that I didn't do any snacking and prepped veggies and have pork chops defrosting for tomorrow. Once again they say no rain for the next few days. We'll see lol.
Sweet dreams.

I'll be running from DivaTaxi direct to LA-Fitness (for 7 AM) and then to the MousekeHouse for MHMR.
I'm wondering where breakfast will fit into THAT modification.

I made lasagna yesterday...out of the blue. The scale seemed to like the lasagna better than some meals but there is a LOT of lasagna. Wonder how one goes about freezing something like that?
Hubby wants to go to the bank - they want us to sign something I want to get a haircut Must be other things I should do
Today I can:
* Hydrate * Think before eating * Journal * Move more than yesterday

This is our day at sea as we travel through the narrow river gorge in Romania. At 8 a.m. we passed a large castle and at noon we will see a carved figure in the stone like Mt Rushmore. I have a 30 minute back massage at 10 AM and plan to do lots of reading today. My food choices have not been the best but I’ll take care of that soon.

We saw a huge ancient castle, face carved out of the rock, Roman tablet and a church as we make our way through the narrow gorge of the Danube.

Good morning all. Slept well just not enough. For some reason I woke up very early and just sat in prayer. I know a nap (or 2) will be in my near future Bee give yourself time to heal. I know your strength will return...little by little and in its own time. (((hugs))) Becky great goals. Yes I nibbled the produce but it was better than the 'other stuff' Cathy hope you get that haircut. I know when I have what I call 'good hair' it all falls into place For leftover lasagna I cut it in pieces, put it on a cookie tray and freeze it. When frozen, we seal it in our sealing machine. MJ I hope you find a way to get 'breakfast involved' Audrey I agree with MJ, your trip truly sounds amazing!!!! Waving to all and wishing all a healthy happy and OP Monday!

Goooooood Monday morning!
Am all caught up on reading posts. Plz excuse me. I am using my memory for personals-- so -- you know how that goes!
Ann Terrific job returning to your usual choice for night-timecrunchies--vegetables. Do you ever include fresh green beans? My DH & his sister thinks it is crazy that I love them. Ugh... hate that your rainy weather has been encouraging winged bugs to multiple & make outdoor walking less pleasant.
Audrey Interesting--My friend also had a at-home applecake/beverage experience on her Danube cruises/ a hostess who spoke of her family's war experience. Wonder if it was the same woman or this is a "cottage industry"? Would be fascinating regardless. Hope that the day of onboard travel was relaxing. For sure & certain, "headspace" can get pretty messy during vacation. Just do the best that you can do.
Becky Geez-- you wouldhave thought that quality control would have noticed that your bike's monitor was missing. Glad though that the issuehasan easy fix. Great plan for today-- many times old is the right school in my book! Ugh... why do I keep forgetting that you are in central TX? I just think that I want to put you near a good friend of mine who lives on the Gulf Coast..
Bee j So happy to hear that your strength is returning. The stress, the surgery, the out-of-town stay, & post-op healing & dr. follw-up-- well, that's a lot for a body, mind, & spirit to handle. Glad that you are edging closer to "you" at your best.
Cathy LOL-- yep, there are some things that we just do not need a DH to witness! Regardless, the chair exercises are still a great option. Maybe they canhappen whenhe is in the garden?

Good plan June! Good job on no snacking and prepping veggies Ann Bee - Glad you are feeling stronger Becky - Good plan as well. Well that's an early run for you MJ. Love the flowers Cathy - It freezes well. Just cut it into portion sizes first. Sounds so beautiful on the Danube Audrey I'm in. I'm putting finishing touches on my day. While it was a nice visit with DGF, it's a little difficult when she has such limited mobility. There are lots of festivals this time of year but they all require a certain amount of walking which she just can't do. We tried to get in one which has central disability parking but they were not allowing any cars in. Hopefully they can get her lymphodema under control which would make her more comfortable.

LaDonna How was Sunday school? Did you have fun w/ the lil ones? Nice of you & R to help your DS paint.
Mj Glad that you had a good day w/ YM. Sorry that you missed a race, but you must have needed the nap. Or maybe you are like me-- a carb heavy meal makes me drowsy.
Pam Love that you let the open sky remind you to pursue a "blue- dot" day.
Susi Soooooo.... do you feel better today? Hope so!

Cathy I forgot @ the lasagna ... I freeze leftover lasagna w/o a problem. I usually add extra sauce to completely surround the piece in a Gladware container. Then I press down plastic wrap over the top before sealing the container.
Susi That must be hard on your friend to be so limited. I am assuming that she does not have a scooter. . . Too bad that you could not access the disability parking.
