GOOD morning! Woke up with NO headache! No guarantees but I'll take it for now!! The pharmacy sent me an email last night at 8pm saying the 3rd medication was now in so hubby drove me to get it. When I get there she has 2 meds for me-I said why two? and she says because your doctor sent in 2 prescriptions, one for your headache and one for your high cholesterol. I DO NOT HAVE HIGH CHOLESTEROL!! Oops! It was for another patient but in my name...nice huh?
Anyway, this "cocktail" seems to have worked its magic this time. Unfortunately, so have all the carbs as the scale was bright red again. Weigh-in won't be pretty but pay-up isn't until next week so I have time to behave!
Wishing you all a great day! Off to the pool for some relaxing AiChi!

Pat- So glad there is no headache today. Dina- good for you on resisting.
I'm not doing very well at that right now. We are making S'mores in the classroom today, and I am totally planning on having one-with a Peanut Butter cup no less!
I've got to get back to tracking.
Last month I was so good at tracking eating, tracking spending, doing my stretches, reading my Bible and tracking that.
This month has just gone to the dogs! I"ll get it back. I know I will. Have a really bad case of PMDD (PMS gone wild) right now, so I'm just doing what's needed not to kill myself or anyone else!

Great news about your headache Pat! Wow on the meds! Great NSV Dina. I love pizza but only when I plan for it. Doordie, we do as well which is crazy for February. Itβs not supposed to last. <<<Hugs>>> Heather Becky - Have fun at curves. TGIF. I am off on Fridays for the month of March and I am so looking forward to switching up my schedule for a while. One of my favorite gym classes is only when I am at work normally, so I am happy to take it for 5 weeks!

Thanks for the support guys!
I ate terribly while up North last week, including pizza - so I really had to reel myself back in now.
When they brought the pizza I was like "no way, I just can't today!"

pbnj I'm glad your headache is doing better! I hope it stays away! dina I could have resisted the ice cream cake, but not the pizza! I LOVE pizza!! Good job!! hpeterson1951 PMDD sucks! Hang in there and you will get back on track! Day 4 of the cold. Not any worse, but not much better! My poor nose is so sore from blowing it! UGH! I'm ready for the weekend so I can just sleep! As I was leaving for work this morning, my sons kitten bolted out the door! It was 6:30, so still pretty dark out. I was so pissed! And of course he wouldn't come to me! I had to go get the husband out of bed to catch the little shit! I'm going to have to start locking him in the bathroom when I leave! Oh, we did catch him after about 10 minutes! Anyway, I hope you all have a GREAT day and a relaxing weekend!!!

I have not been in control this week, traveled for work and just lost focus. Plan on a good day today because we are going to dinner tomorrow that won't be point friendly. Beautiful here, walking with my friend, then running errands!

Ahh Friday. Good Morning to all. Today is the hottest day as it will be way up the 70's. Guess I just need to enjoy the spring like day. Going to head out for a morning walk in a bit.
Pat, glad you have relief from the migraine. Enjoy your painfree day!

Good morning all. pbnj glad your headache is better! Kind of scary about the mixup at the pharmacy. My sister, mother, and I all use the same pharmacy so often when one of us goes, we'll pick up prescriptions for the others. But I don't check them since I don't know what they take and I'd bring home the wrong one. Another 60+ degree day here which is lovely. But I do feel guilty about enjoying global warming and I wonder what the summer has in store. TGIF and have a good day!

Good for you, Dina, for resisting the pizza AND the cake. I'm afraid I would have been tempted to have just a tiny, tiny slice of one or the other. Glad the headache is gone, Pat.
My good news is that I got a cortisone shot in my knee yesterday, and it is about 99% better this morning. And the best thing is that it has helped other parts of my body too. My one arm has been sore with certain movements - gone! My fingers have been stiff and sore, especially in the mornings - gone! I just hope this lasts as long as the last shot did, which was a little over 6 months. I also lost 3.5 lbs this last week. Hope that continues too.
Not much on my schedule today, but I will be able to get in a little more exercise since my knee will cooperate a little more. It is mostly cloudy today. The temp when I got up this morning was 17. It is supposed to get up to about 27.

Congrats cherryt38 on your awesome loss and I'm glad the cortisone shot worked. The jury is still out on my injections.I had my last one on Monday & so far it feels worse than the end of last week when I thought it was getting better.Time will tell I'm sure.

@beckyw2016 I hope something works for you. Cortisone shots don't work for everyone, I guess. It didn't for my daughter, and she had to have a total knee replacement. So far they have worked for me. I can get a shot every 3-4 months if necessary, and the first one I had lasted for almost 7 months.
