Good Morning, WW Friends ~
Happy Sunday!! We have had such a fun weekend so far and are very happy. Yesterday's supper was very fun. Both the guys had dinners, and both of us gals opted for the salad bar. It was a great time!
From there we went to a nearby location for a Retrouvaille gathering that had about 20 couples in attendance. It was interesting, though did not necessarily pertain to our place in life (since it was about achieving financial good health for the future) as we've already had to navigate those waters. There was a lot of good information for the younger couples. But we enjoyed the time and seeing so many old friends. We got home much later than we expected, and in order to get some wind-down time we stayed up later than usual.
Pam ~ Good to hear from you. Sounds like you are having a great time!
Ann ~ I know you will be happy to have the blood work and EKG all behind you tomorrow!
Today will be a quiet one for us as well. We are meeting DH's VBF for lunch in a while and the rest of the day will be devoted to my Kindle. I finished my book yesterday and enjoyed it very much! It was a time-travel novel but different from others I have read. Usually the heroine gets sent back in time, so the history is all about an ancient time. This time the hero was sent forward and had to adapt to life here. I thought it was very well done indeed, as I was really entertained. I started a new (present day) novel yesterday to work on today as well as downloading a couple more free books to have in my library.
BBL. Make a great day!!

Sue so happy that you and your friends enjoyed a nice meal out together. Love when that happens I too downloaded a few more freebie books. I do want to finish this less engaging one that I started just so that I can say THERE to that LOL........why I stuck with it this long is beyond me. Couldn't even tell you the title or author...but he/she shall be scratched from my list! We need to make a pit stop to Walmart. I ran out of a few essentials and today is a good day to get that done. Take care all...and talk tomorrow

I did it again friends! Lost my whole post using the iPhone! Arghh! Anyhow, we had s great day yesterday at Gilroy Gardens which is a very fun amusement park geared to younger children. What an amazing splash pad they had. Many people spend the whole day just there. We stopped at the cult favorite fast food en route home - In n out burger. Thankfully, the weather broke to s delightful 75 degrees and dry sunshine with a beautiful breeze. I’m outside with the kids. They have a fun backyard.

Judy good to hear from you. Bet it's fun playing in a fun backyard.
Still humid here. I'm showered and jammified.
Sweet dreams.
