I am down about a pound since the weigh in last month on the same day. I have been higher and lower on the scale this month but still seem about the same on average. Grrrr....

Up .4 from last Sunday morning which is okay considering the eating I did on my overnight trip to New York city.

cathygeha, I will take not gaining over gaining any day of the week! I was beat after our late night Friday. Mr. Lani and I took naps; we joked that we slept as much as the cat Saturday. I was craving a Big Mac for lunch and had it. Totally worth it and I only went 75 calories over my plan. Sunday, September 1: 123.2 - up 0.2 lb.

They talk about never allowing more than a 2 pound gain before nipping it in the bud...that is at goal weight and it works at goal weight. At the weight I am hovering around - give or take five pounds - those five or ten pounds are the place I can stay easily BUT once I get back TO goal weight...the two pound rule is going into effect....again.
Down .8 this morning...without trying. Having a vegan day today and have eaten breakfast already.

cathygeha, I think Beck's rule is to go back into the program with more adherence to the rules when you go three pounds over goal. But same concept. Monday, September 2: 123.6 - up 0.4 lb. Yesterday we ordered a vegetarian pizza from a different place. The owner used to work at our local Round Table and we have always been curious to see his restaurant. We ordered a small and they made a medium by mistake. More leftovers than planned. It has less cheese than our usual pie, so there's that.

Finished the pizza finally. Wages of sin today.
Tuesday, September 3: 124.8 - up 1.2 lb. Truth and Consequences. Measurements have not changed so I think these lbs. are just visiting and not moving in.

Have today and tomorrow left for the antibiotics. Hopefully then my weight will behave!!!!! up .5 still in my happy zone @ 129.2

Wednesday, September 4: 124 - down 0.8 lb. That's more like it. I was perfectly on-plan yesterday.

I snuck in a WI this morning even though my WI isn't until Friday...and I was FINALLY in a new decade! It's taken me months to get to this decade. Now I can only hope I'm still there on Friday! Nothing will derail me this week...NOTHING!
