Hi all. Saturday I am going to plan track follow hydrate and move. Supposed to have rain, heavy at times so outdoor walking will depend on whether that happens or not. With all the running around I did, it'll feel good to stay put.

Hope the rain isn't too bad Ann. Good plan whatever the weather. Sometimes the simplest of plans is the best of plans Bee. I can see this is very rough on Carol. I don't have enough time to explain our niece Sarah beyond severely bi-polar with additional medical problems. Or as she describes herself - "I have a broken brain". Sadly, that is accurate. I got off easy paying for pet care and the hotel room while we are up at Jasmin's tomorrow night. We can't all fit at Jasmin's while under construction.

Ann Thanks for starting us up.I hope your rain isn't too bad.I know I sound like a broken record but you can send any excess to us.It was 103 here today.
Bee Always good goals.
Susi I understand about bipolar. At one time my doctor thought I had it but thank goodness it wasn't.Prayers and hugs for your niece.Enjoy your time with family.
I will track, move and hydrate and keep doing what I know to do.Not much planned for the day which is good for a change.

Ann, I hope the rain isnβt too bad. Bee and Becky, good goals. I hope to do the same. Susi, I hope the weekend is as good as it can be. If youβre not at Jasminβs that at least gives you a break We had dinner at Heirloom. We beat the crowd and had just a 5 minute wait for a table. There are no reservations so I was surprised DH suggested it. I had a grilled chicken breast with a peach summer salad and one glass of wine. DH had lamb steak with two sides. a big salad and one glass of wine and brought home most of the salad. It was too much food Today after grocery shopping Leo and Nora will be here. Their parents are joining us for dinner. DH is making beer can chicken with potatoes roasted in foil. Iβll make salad and figure out dessert.

I will be willing and aware...I made pasta (silly me) last night and now have a lot of leftovers...thought about getting BOT this morning then thought of the pasta...hmmm... Made beans from dry, made rice milk (messy) and am almost done with emails. Have not had an update on BIL other than that he was better in email two from my sister than he was in email one. I am waiting for email three and happy to know that her eldest son is there with her for the weekend.
MJ: Routine and posted schedule should make it easier for everyone. Hope your wrist was better after PT
BECKY: Hope your SIL is doing well...sounds like a technical surgery...
SUSI: Sorry about your niece...having a broken brain (or broken anything) is not easy
LADONNA: Hope the cortisone injection works. I read the FU as something other than follow-up
AUDREY: Your meal sounds delicious from Heirloom and your husband's salad intriguing...what did they put in besides peaches?
BEE: Hooray for the down instead of up on the scale
ANN: It sounds like you had a busy shopping day and accomplished a lot AND had a tasty lunch gifted to you
PAM: Hope your cold is getting better

Good morning, all!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer...
Extra prayers for all who may be affected by Hurricane Dorian as it heads up the east coast... and for those who've already felt its fury...
How are you doing, Ann? Looks like the Cape will get slammed...
πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏ
I woke up at 5 AM. <sigh>. So I've been sitting with my one pre-WW workshop mug of coffee and praying, and watching the sky lighten up. The storm has passed and the day should be sunny. I have my WW workshop at 8 AM and we're going to The Plantation for 6 PM to squidSit.
Yesterday when we picked up the Mice it was POURING - so Toots was off the hook for any grass cutting at the MousekeHouse. The A-SR was done promptly <!!!> and the neighbors came over at 4 PM. MissMouse didn't get home until after 6 PM; WE didn't get home until 7 PM. And there's a lot of schedule-shift at the MousekeHouse next week; DSonIL has to travel to NYC and to Boston for his job. All I want is an e-mail with details so we can adjust.
One mug of coffee... βββ... for now...
πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏ Have a healthy-eating day, all! πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏ

Goooood morning
Ann Hope you get a chance to walk outside. Goodness-- you did a lot of gallivanting yesterday! Love that you scored a bargain at the consignment store.
Audrey Kudos on choosing healthy dinner options. What a lovely dining experience w/ DH. Enjoy bring w/ the lil ones today and sharing a family dinner.
Bee j Yay! Great to see the scale slide in the right direction. LOL... I feel that way about professional sports like hockey or golf.
Becky Watching TV while "biking indoors" sounds like a good way to go. Bike on! Sorry to hear about your DSIL's medical condition. Can not imagine all that she has been through. Will pray for her and your brother. Sending you a big, big hug. That had to be a difficult time in your life.
Cathy That mindset is so important. Ha ha ha . . . My DH always cooks too much rice, pasta, or noodles. Will continue to pray for your DBIL and DS. Glad that his medical team is monitoring him closely.
Mj Hope that you enjoyed your WW meeting. Thxfor sharing the ASR story. Have always thought that children, even if they push back, like routines. Fingers crossed that your furnace repair costs less than you expect.

Good Morning all, Enjoyed my Fri evening sipping wine and gabbing with my friend while our DHs were deer hunting. Today will be another OP day. Don't have many plans but I still need to make my way over to see my Uncle. It's been too long. Ann, I read your last thread yesterday. So nice of Donna to treat you and Carl to lunch and what a great find on the sweater! Thank goodness your RC got better with shots and PT. I'm keeping fingers crossed it works that way for me as well. Is your heavy rain remnants from Dorian? Bee, Me too Bee...ready and willing I don't recall any specific thing happening to my shoulder. I think Rotator cuff tears are a pretty common injury. Susi, sad situation for Carol and your neice. HUGS. Your trip to Jasmin's sounds nice. Becky, sorry about your dry heat wave. I know its been a rough stretch. Luckily we have had some rain and temp fluctuations. This weekend is scheduled to be a scorcher though. Audrey, sounds like a fun evening with family:) Cathy, glad to hear BIL is better. Good luck with the pasta. It always tends to get me in trouble. I'm going to also do some beans today in my Instant pot with a ham steak. LOL on the FU MJ, hope you get the email and adjustments are easy peezy June, hope your weekends off to a great start. Is mom still doing ok after the fall?

Ha ha ha... Can you believe it? I could not remember all the news from TH & Fri threads, have DH talking to me, my phone pinging, and TV blaring the local news. So I had to wait to DH left...
LaDonna Oh... I hope that you do not have a torn rotar cuff. Is the cortisone shot giving you some relief? Kudos on tracking your entree & roll so that you decide how to approach the wine.
Susi Enjoy your time w/ Jasmine and her family. Bet that lil guy is even more precious. Hope that you do get to see some football from your pool. That sounds like it would be a riot!
Pam Hoping that yesterday and today unfolded as you planned. May you collect enough blue dots this month to make a bouquet of flowers!

Okey dokey Saturday's goals Go for a walk. Enjoy a second cup of tea before I think about "what's next?" Ha ha ha... Am doing a happy dance b/c ground through the one set of papers that I assigned this week. Huh... imagine... it feels like I graded that stack a month ago. Lots of water flowed over my dam in between the first of the week & the weekend
Have to start nailing down details to the broad plans of "stuff" around R's surgery. His surgeon specializes in minimally invasive spinal surgery. Feeling blessed that he persuaded the insurance company to approve this procedure. Feeling blessed that I could renegotiate our cost for the bone growth stimulator which the ins. company views as experimental.
Wish that I did not feel like I was forgetting something important in the usual "stuff" that June handles.

LaDonna praying that you have the same outcome. I was fortunate to not have to have surgery! Enough is enough with me in that department LOL. Happy you had a nice wine/gab fest with your friends Yes I believe the rains are from Dorian. So far so good for right now, anyway. Carl just saddled up miss LuLa to take her out for her morning stroll LOL. LOL June you had 'brain overload' I get that way myself at times. So happy that R's procedure will be covered. It amazes me what they will and won't do. For instance, my surgeon had to schedule an ultrasound before they would cover the surgery. I can't tell you how many emails I've gotten from them urging me to schedule another one in 6 months due to early breast cancer detection!!!! When I told my surgeon that he 'eye rolled' and told me feel free to ignore them or see if you can BLOCK them. Now when I get the I just delete it. June so happy DM is back to her ol' self again. That's a load off your mind. Enjoy that second cup of tea and just think of the steps and calories burned doing the 'happy dance' Also happy to report that I dropped 1.1 this a.m. It's finally moving in the right direction
