I am worried about losing Medicaid along with 70 million people Also they are taking away mental health benefits awnd that is my disability. I hope it fails because they are also taking 348 million money from Medicare which I have too and wont pay for prevention. My SSDI turns into retirement at age 66 anyway so I can retire then. Meanwhile I hoe that travesty of a health law does not pass.

rather 348 billion out of Medicare ruining this too. Medicaid 70 percent of it pays for long term care in nursing homes. And there is no bill of rights. It is scary because nursing homes would kick out all the patients with no way to afford them. Think of aged homeless. Loss of decency and humanity.

Good Morning!!!
I had a great weekend. The first weekend in a long time that I did not go overboard with my eating. 3 miles of WATP on Friday and Saturday and 2 miles of walking in place yesterday. The 10 lb throw down Challenge starts today.
Big snow storm of the year heading our way. Hoping for a snow day tomorrow.
Amy: Sorry about the job. The possible changes in Healthcare Bill scare me.
Nancy: Good job on your miles. A day of rest is good sometimes.

Good morning, just a quick check in. Was able to change my flight to this morning instead of tomorrow morning to miss the storm. It should be good, the weather is really good there. We are hiking and climbing at Red Rocks in Nevada.

Good Evening Walkers!
Just a quick checkin. We arrived Sat night in SoCal & had DD1,DSIL & 2 DGDS over yesterday and I was off to work today. I had a lunch break out to lunch with 2 friends I haven't seen in ages. We were friends in the 1970s & 80s.
Green zone off pts today. I overate yesterday. No exercise Sat or Sun but I had 12 Miles last week.
I'm marching in place before bed tonight while typing this.

Yeah, I got snow day. We were delayed until 12 but at 10 am they decided to close. I already managed a 5 mile WATP this am. I actually had over 6 miles yesterday on my Fitbit, which is awesome since I sit at work all day and commute 35-45 min each way.
Nancy: Good job on your miles.

I sent back with Post office 5 boxes of unopened nutrisystem but 5 are still on the shelves. My organizer comes tomorrow and ask her to donate the rest. I keep gaining and eating it. I feel terrible.

I plan to eat 4 tuna sandwiches on Healthy life Whole Wheat. 5 Healthy life with 5 tablespoons of peanut butter. 2 extra-large eggs WW smoothie. 16 ounces of pumpkin in a can. 4 apples .diet cocoa . 38 points. That will be healthier than all the junk nutrisystem I've been eating. Get my money back from, 5 of the 10 boxes. Post office took them today. Opened the other 5 so will donate minus what is on my body.

Good Morning!!!
I had a good day yesterday. I stayed OP the only snacking was some light popcorn for 2 points and some fruit last evening. I stayed busy. Got some laundry done, swept master bed and bath, and took 2 tests for my College course that I have neglected. I recorded 6.83 miles on my Fitbit for a snow day. I plan to go to the local office today just to play it safe.
Amy: Sorry the Nutrisystem did not work for you. I think they are meant to be used alone with adding of veggies.

i threw up on eating breakfast muffins. Manager of building took those I di not want. the shakes are 4 points with 300 grams of calcium. I ordered these solely. And at WW I buy smoothies too Theirs has 600 grams of Calcium. 6 points for both.130 for the nutrisystem shake 80 for WW Loads of protein. I feel better today.

Good Evening Walkers!
Last night no exercise, and I ate more for evening snack than I should but stayed in my orange zone of pts. I did JGTB.
I had a hard time sleeping, stressing over some work things and I had to get up early to leave at 6:30 am to babysit DGD age 1-1/2 til noon. We had so much fun! Then to work.
I marched in place tonight 30 mins = 1.5 Miles and so far am in my green zone of pts. Planning to JGTB.
KELLY - GFY with the OP day and 2 tests
AMY - I'm glad you're not on nutrisystem. It's a lot of processed food and sodium.
NANCY - good for you with the 2 Miles 2 days.
