Hi all, I'm in.
Strange dreams for the past couple of weeks. Everything from fighting with mom and dad (he's deceased), loosing kids, being naked at school, being skinned alive. Not sure what is going on in my head, but something strange is in there!
Stay safe everyone

I'm IN. And preparing for a lot of rain over the next 3 days. I wouldn't mind 2" but I am not prepared for a lot more than that.... DebDoesWW and DotRen I hope you're keeping your umbrellas handy! I'm getting a haircut today but otherwise no other plans. I'm drinking coffee at the moment. Waving hi to all!

linda72, Watching the various weather models and it's been raining here (south of Houston) for a couple of hours on and off. Some say 3-4", a couple say up to a foot over the next few days. We need the rain badly though, if it's a nice slow all day kind, will be great.

Just got this update from KPRC houston:
Update from Justin Stapleton We're starting to see the first waves of heavy rain moving in this morning as we're bracing for the potential for a few days of very wet weather that may cause some flooding across the area.
Batches of thunderstorms and downpours will move across the area throughout the day so be prepared for wet roads, cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid to upper 80s.
The heaviest rain is expected tomorrow and Thursday as the storm stalls around Matagorda Bay and slowly moves north across the Houston metro area. Rainfall totals could be upwards of 6-10" area wide with isolated amounts of 12-20" possible along the coast. Be very mindful of flooded out roads and make sure you check the radar before heading out this week!
Conditions improve by Friday and the weekend as we'll dry out and get back into the low 90s

All of you in the Houston area stay safe.
We aren't expecting much rain as it is clear and the sun is out so I will gladly take some of your excess rain.

bee,- No, I'm not any new meds. That was the first thing I thought of. Don't think I'm even taking different vitamins. No clue what's going on, but it's scary in my head right now

DotRen, DebDoesWW, okay, looks like we have a tropical depression in the Houston area so you two should get a lot of rain. Stay safe! Anyone else in the Houston area?

borntexan , It became a tropical depression, named Imelda, earlier this afternoon. I live on the west side so we won't get as much rain. DotRen , is around Galveston and I'm sure she's been getting rain most of the day. DebDoesWW , is on the north side and it looks like she will be getting a lot of rain also. Hopefully, Imelda will move quickly north and will not be an issue for anyone. I hope you manage to get a little rain out of the system. So far, we've only had a light sprinkling earlier today.
