nashville11, It's hard to watch on the news. I think republicans are starting to jump ship. How can they sit still and watch all the garbage coming out of this administration?
In local news, I'm in AZ and our county accessor has been arrested on federal charges involving an illegal adoption ring in Arizona, Utah and Arkansas. He's STILL our county accessor and likely still getting a paycheck from the taxpayers and won't have to step down until he is convicted. How messed up is that?

OT: kitty woke us up at 3:30 AM complaining about being at the cat boarder for so long. He is speaking up again right this minute. LOL! Cats don't forgive like dogs. Dogs say, "Oh, I'm so happy to see you! I can't wait to go home. You're the best." Cats say, "You left me here? Sure, I'll go home with you but you will pay for this." I hope you had a nice time, Lani. It's nice to get away from it all. But, there really is no place like home. Hallian, "messed up" seems to be the new normal. Anything goes. The Republicans had a sh!t fit because First Lady Michelle Obama wore clothing that showed her arms. How shocking! The ghoul in the WH brags about sexually attacking women, seeks help from a foreign government to interfere with our elections, and on and on. Still his dead-eyed, zombie like base cheers him on. "Messed up" is just the tip of the iceberg.

I just clicked on the Fox News website to see what they were talking about over there. OMG! These people are just locked in a time warp, they still have Hillary as the lead topic on their website. Got to market to that base, I guess. It's enough to make you think maybe there should be some kind of intelligence test required to vote. LOL!

Joyce good to see you back. Barr has been speaking to Murdock of Fox. No attorney general has ever talked to a network secretly.

Wonder what new revelations this week will bring? I'm looking forward to tomorrow night's debate.
As for our abandonment of the Kurds, no one wants continuous war but how can you just abandon anyone much less an ally to be slaughtered? No wonder the world has lost all respect for us. There was a time when being American was an enviable status, but this POS in the White House has stripped that away. I still love my country. I'm proud of what my country used to be, and I hope I will be proud of it again in the future but right now in this moment of time I can't find anything to take pride in about my country's politics.

I can only hope the nations of the world realize that once Toxic is out of office, the U.S. will behave honorably once again. I don't know how the Republican congress supporters will spin their supine positions regarding support/silence on all this crap in the post-Trump future.

I honestly wonder how much of their agenda any new president can get accomplished following this azzhat. The task of restoring and repairing all that he disrupted or destroyed, will be astronomical.

Pam, you are right that it is going to be a huge task to restore confidence in the government both to the people of the U.S. and also to the world. It's astronomical how much damage this POS has done.
If you ask me, Guiliani is in deep you know what and I'm not sure it's going to be possible for him to find an exit strategy. Definitely tRump will throw him under the bus in a heart beat.
Did any of you catch Hunter Biden's full interview this morning? I didn't but have seen clips. He did make a very bad error in judgment, and Biden should have realized that as well, but he didn't do anything illegal. In the clips I have seen, he came across very well. Certainly he presented himself far better than tRump or any of his children ever do. Most likely neither of them expected Biden to ever be running for political office again, but once Biden decided to jump in the race this time certainly he must have realized that this could cause an issue and should have been prepared to confront it better than I have seen him do thus far. Of course, maybe he was thinking that with everything the tRump family has been doing in lining their pockets that tRump wouldn't dare bring it up. If he thought that, he surely should have known better. There is no level of hypocrisy too low for this JA to dive into, and enjoy every moment of it. I wonder if the JA's supporters really don't see the hypocrisy here or if they see it and just don't care because they enjoy the slime too much.
I like Biden and still would have no problem voting for him, but there is no way around the fact that this does taint him. That makes me wonder if he's the best person for the nomination as we need to restore confidence. Even though he most definitely has the moral high ground here, it's going to make it harder for a lot of people to see that and gives ammunition to the bat____ crazy tRump supporters out there.

Joyce I think Biden is decent but fear Trump will destroy his name. I saw clips of Hunter too. He seemed sincere but I think he was right faulty judgement.

I just have to hope that the majority of the people are so sick of Trump that he will be voted out. But, then again, I never thought he'd be voted in.
