Good morning all. So far...no rain! Still saying 100% though. Oh well........
I did want to stop at Ocean State Job Lot, but the weather will decide that for me.
Wishing AWF a great and OP day. Will pop in later on.

Happy Halloween!
I am really happy as the scale is moving downward again. I bought one bag of Halloween candy, which DH will take up the street where the cultural district is sponsoring a "trunk and treat" type event. I will take myself to yoga and therefore avoid the temptation of easily available candy. Win-win!
Breakfast = yogurt & fruit, lunch = gumbo, if I can find some in the freezer, chef salad as alternative, dinner = boiled dinner with cabbage, potato, carrots, green beans & corn, with a little sausage for seasoning.
We went from 80 degrees yesterday to a cold, windy high of 52 today. It is only 44 now, so I'm not sure we'll ever get to 52. I will probably forgo all but a short walk and maybe do the recumbent bike instead. Since it is cold and gloomy and my book deadlines are approaching, I will probably spend quite a bit of time snuggled under a blanket with a cup of tea, reading.
Sue - It sounds like you have a busy, fun week going on. Enjoy! What is your new book?
Judy - I stick to the old Points Plus program because I was successful at both losing and maintaining with it and it better fits my lifestyle. I was hoping it would be offered as an option with the new WW program, but it is not, so I will stick with iTrackBites and my old WW books and materials. Have fun this weekend living the life of the rich and famous!
Ann - I, too, love a snack of apple and cheese. So good and keeps me satisfied for quite a while. Ms. Lula is so lucky to have you and Carl!

Gloomy rainy weather. I did go get my hair cut/colored and passed on Ocean State Job Lot. Stopped at Hannaford and picked up the steak for tonight's supper. Pam your day spent snuggling and reading fits the bill. Here the weather is 62 right now and humid out there! The rain will keep me inside for the rest of the day. Going to make a cup of hot chocolate and just relax with the kindle. I also liked the PP program, Pam. Like you I was hoping that they would roll out something like that....but whatever. When I go and pick up the materials, I shall read them over and decide what I will do. If I don't like what is being offered I shall continue to follow the GHG's and count my points on freestyle. I use my scale as my guide when eating the 'free foods' and sometimes I go back to counting points for them. It's all a balancing act. LOL Miss LuLa surely is a spoiled little gal

Very windy here! Started late last night and still going strong. Just hope the power stays put.
Wishing all a great OP Friday and will CBL

Happy All Saints' Day!
I went to Mass this morning and will shortly brave the 35 degree weather and head to the cemetery to put out mums on the family graves. Then DH and I will head to the camp for a couple of days. We will come home early on Sunday, as we will be bringing Jude and Abby to their special No Days Off basketball camp, while DD1 takes Anna to a volleyball camp in BTR. It takes a village!
I was excited at my "official" WI this morning to see the scale down 2.9!!! WOOHOO!!! Loving PP again. Now, to stay the course through a camp weekend. DSIS and her BFF are coming down, so we will likely have a campfire, adult beverages and girl talk one of the nights. I have my plan in place so I don't over-indulge.
Have a great weekend! I'll be reading, but probably not posting much until Sunday when we get back to WiFi.

Good Morning, WW Friends ~
TGIF!! I have had my breakfast of FF Greek yogurt with fresh blackberries and 1/8 c. of Original Fiber One. I was up a smidge at WI on Wednesday (when I had counted on a loss) so I am really being stringent with myself. My next WI is only about 2 1/2 weeks away, so I need to show a loss at that time.
Yesterday I had scrambled EB with cheese and one thin slice of Dave's Killer Bread toasted and a bowl of fresh fruit. For lunch I had a Premier Protein drink (and nothing else). I made it until supper which was a 1/4 lb. hot dog on a whole grain bun with 1/2 c. of chili on top and a serving of coleslaw. DH had brought the coleslaw home from a nearby restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! So that is my splurge for this week (week-end) and it was well worth it.
Today I have planned and tracked a Turkey Pot Pie (with bulgur topping) that I made up the recipe for years ago and is stored in my WW app. It is only 6 SP per serving and very good. It also makes enough for another supper later in the week. If I am going to stay the course I will have to do better planning. I have a breakfast out tomorrow as well as lunch out, so I need to put on my thinking cap today and decide what I'll have and pre-track it.
I have been hearing online about the upcoming changes due the week of November 10th. Not exactly what they are, but that they will involve some changes, but I don't think my program will change any. I've just gotten (apparently) too lax with myself. I am staying within maintenance SP but my weight has crept up the past few months, and now I need to lose. I also got back on my Power Rider yesterday and did several sets. I have tried making a commitment that every time I go downstairs I will do a set of 25. Then I can add from there. If I get used to going downstairs, I can add back in my stationary bike.
Next week my new work partner is on vacation and we haven't secured a sub yet, so it should be interesting. But we only have a 3-day week because our schools are closed on Tuesday. So I will work a day, be off a day, then work two and done.
This morning I am changing bed, cleaning the bathroom and vacuuming. I already switched some shoes, putting cloth sneakers back in their boxes and bringing out more Fall-ish shoes. It is cold today as well as we had a dusting of snow overnight. I got two loads of laundry done last night, so I am ahead of that game.
After I shower and dress, I have an appointment for a dental cleaning, then a trip to Meijer.
BBL. Make a great day!

Popping in again. Congratulations Pam on your super duper fantastic weight loss. You are really rockin' PP Enjoy your time away and 'girl talk' sounds fun. Sue I've also heard about the changes. You can read all about them on this site. I believe it's the general daily board or something like that. I am not good with remembering names You have accomplished a lot of household chores already. I've been busy balancing checkbook and making out bills. Later we will pay the ones that are right here in town, most are electronically deducted and a few we mail. Going to put our BJ's trip on hold. I'm just not in the mood to travel today. Sticking close to home is a better fit. Waving to Judy and if I'm not back...talk tomorrow.

Good Afternoon, WW Friends ~
I went back and read the General Discussion about the Program Changes, but I am pretty sure I'll stay with what I have. I know it, and it works for me (when I work it).
Judy ~ Glad you are having a good time!! That is quite the shindig you are attending - costumes and castles plus a wedding!?!
Pam ~ Congrats on your phenomenal WL! I need to do that! So far I am planning better and pre-tracking, which helps me. Also being accountable, so you will see more of my menu posted for a couple of weeks. Hope no one gets tired of seeing it - but it helps me.
Ann ~ Good for you for skipping the trip you just weren't up to. I went to Meijer and got everything I needed for this week and got it all put away. Then decided that was enough.
I am drying sheets now and washing DH's work clothes. I went downstairs and wrapped a birthday gift for tomorrow's breakfast; then did 25 x 3 reps on the Power Rider and 14 minutes x 2 on the stationary bike. I use my cell phone for a timer and it works well for me. I took my tablet and played Words With Friends while on the bike. I just have to make myself stick with it!!
The turkey pot pie is ready to go in the oven. I am thinking of pairing it with a LF cottage cheese & pineapple salad. The steak strips are chopped up to go in the crockpot tomorrow with pasta sauce while I am gone - then we'll cook the spaghetti squash and serve over it along with a green salad.
We both have our favorite good bread (mine is Dave's Killer bread thin-sliced). I bought a package of Smoked Deli Turkey and stocked up on Progresso Light soups, so we may have to fill in with a soup 'n sandwich supper on Sunday after we get home from Retrouvaille. I have a couple of meals in the freezer; and will have turkey pot pie leftover as well as pasta sauce (and probably spaghetti squash).
Enough from me for now. It is time for the afternoon news.

Judy so good to hear from you. Can't wait to see pictures.
Sue awesome that you have meals planned in advance. I also enjoy that bread.
I didn't walk as far as I wanted to due to the heavy wind! Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Time to relax.
Sweet dreams all.

Good morning all and happy Saturday! Don't forget to 'fall behind' I'm all for the extra hour of shut eye. Speaking of which I slept well. Woke up to 27 temperature. Feels better out there as we have no wind to deal with. Hopefully I'll get a few good hood walks in. We are supposed to meet up with friends of our early evening. They have a lot of 'family drama' that they deal with, so I never get my hopes up high when we make plans with them. Waving.......and wishing y'all a great OP day!

Good Afternoon, WW Friends ~
Happy Saturday! I had a birthday breakfast with my Red Hat group and a wonderful time was had by all! I had an Egg-Beater omelet with ham & swiss with one slice of dry whole wheat toast plus a banana. My VBF and I met at Chili's for lunch and did very well. We are both in WL mode right now, and she looked up some of the items on the Lighter menu and found a grilled chicken salad for 7 SP. It was delicious and plenty to eat!!
My pasta sauce using leftover sirloin bits smells delicious! I have cut and cleaned the spaghetti squash and it is in cooking now. We decided on "Crustless Apple Pie" for dessert, so I sliced up three apples and sprinkled them with sweetener and Apple Pie Spice and baked them. They will be delicious later on.
Tomorrow will be more challenging for me food-wise, but now that I'm on a roll, I intend to keep at it. We will eat lunch out and then go to Retrouvaille which will end at 6 p.m. If we go out with the group (1) we will most likely overeat and (2) we will be late getting home. We have decided to wait and see ......
Monday is back-to-school but I am off on Tuesday. I am going back to my dentist's office to discuss options for my partial which I am looking forward to. I do SO like our new dentist! He is kind and upbeat and encouraging, all in addition to being a great dentist. My VBF has gone to him for years.
The Christmas music has started playing on the radio. Besides our local Christmas station, there are a number on Sirius XM radio. I have Country Christmas playing on our Alexa right now and we are enjoying it very much - so peaceful. We were both sitting playing words on our tablets and it was perfect!
Hope everyone has a great evening!!
