199 this morning on the spring scale - still no battery for the digital scale. I have been "hungry" this week and not counting or keeping an eye on intake...today will be better.

Congrats on being back in onederland.While being hungry isnโt an emergency I would still make sure you are eating enough calories. I have been a little hungrier last week so I have been eating more maintenance points. I realize you are wanting to lose but speaking from experience please do it healthy.

Sunday Feb2 down 0.2 and back where I was when I decided I needed to gain @118 and ate more maintenance points so go figure.
Itโs of course ground hog day and he saw his shadow. Texas has the armadillo and he will see his shadow also. We have had two days in a row 32 or below after a warmer than normal January.

Sunday 2/2 down the 1.1 from yesterday and did more or less the same........fluctuations happen! 126.1

Down .3 from two weeks ago. Last week had the crazy low weigh-in which I'm not counting. I've added a bit more food to my daily routine. Will see how my weight goes before I add any more.

It was crazy warm here yesterday - well over 70 and windows were opened. Nice! Now it's back to seasonal temps today.
Sunday, February 2: 126 - up 1 lb.
I've been undisciplined with my plan. Now is the time I'm glad my goal is 130 and not 125 any more. For some historical perspective, I weighed 130 when I married in 1984 and I have a whole lot more muscle on my bod now vs. then, so it's all good.

borntexan, To gain a pound of body fat we have to each 3500 additional calories over what we expend. To gain a pound in a week that is an extra 500 calories a day, for .5 pounds per week that is an extra 250 calories per day. To me that is some serious eating. For myself I think I'm going to need to go back to calorie counting to get a handle on gaining weight. I also think calorie counting is more precise that tracking on WW. That said right now I'm not in the mood to do the extra work so I'm going to work on myself this week to get me to start.

Yesterday I ate according to an exchange type program and all vegan foods. I hit all the exchanges and was right at my calories for the day. I was not hungry at bedtime and went to bed early and am up early this morning. The scale was right at 200 this morning so perhaps my "hungry" eating impacted the scale. I think today we will be taking the printer in to have the ink cartridge removed if I can't get it out myself and will pick up a battery for the scale while there. Also will buy some groceries.
The plan is to eat exchanges and record on MFP...When I eat exchanges I tend to get a more balanced diet.

Monday 2/3 up 0.2 @118.2. bbbearsmom I did track todayโs meals just to see if I am getting enough calories and I am getting plenty and with all going on in my life right now I just donโt feel I have the energy to double track again. I am just going to try to trust the plan right now. I know I will gain in time but slowly is fine with me. I know I need to give myself permission to eat my maintenance points. Good luck to you if you decide to track calories again.

luvvinlife, always good to have accurate information. Monday, February 3: 124 - down 2 lbs. I am prone to the large swings - it's mostly all water weight.
