2/6 up .5. 127.0. Sleeting out there so more than likely won't make it to my 5 pm meeting. My voucher will be there next week

ann1953, So frustrating...... but I’m trying to learn to expect it the ups and downs. I had more points than usual last night but I stayed within my blue dot range. I’m beginning to believe that I cannot use all 28 and expect to lose weight. I’m testing it for now.

luvvinlife, I've lost track. Are you weighing daily or weekly? If the daily fluctuations are distracting/annoying, maybe go to a weekly weigh in. Thursday, February 6: 125.2 - up 0.6 lb.

lani, Starting Sunday I may try that. It’s so hard for me to stay away from the scale. I’m afraid I’ll get cocky and go overboard. But as long as I’m tracking that shouldn’t become an issue.

I go by my monthly weight. I guess old habits die hard and that's what I've always done LOL. For me, so long as I remain in my happy zone of 125-129.9 I'm 'golden' I know 129.9 seems strange..however with me once I hit 130 it mushrooms to 140 in a heartbeat! I know myself all too well. luvvinlife, It is frustrating. My weight can and does fluctuate sometimes 2#'s either way on some days. I just go with it!

Thursday 2/6...118.4 up 0.8(I think). My microwave died last night and immediately after I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that number it said low battery. Not that important. Will get batteries tomorrow and maybe move my WI day to Saturday or take today's weight as my weekly at home WI.

luvvinlife, the scale can be a challenge, for sure. I confess I weigh twice a day, first thing in the morning, last thing at night. I invariably lose about 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. overnight. I like knowing what the scale will tell me the next morning. Back in the day, if I was starting a binge, I would stop eating and step on the scale - usually I had not gained much at all. This sent the message to my brain that no damage had been done (yet) and I would get Back on Track right away. Friday, February 7: 124.2 - down 1 lb.
