Although all of us have a common goal (lose weight, maintain our weight, improve our health to name a few things) how we achieve it is an individual step. I agree that reading through these lists can give one new ideas, and we all have different lists. A lot of people in my WW meetings don't like daily weigh ins or even doing them less often, it does work for others. There is no one answer that fits all of us.
