Yesterday I realized I was eating to be eating and not because I was hungry. I took the insight and am using it today to ask myself if I am hungry and if so what I can eat that will nourish while allowing me to stay OP. I am back on track and looking forward to the challenge of tracking exchanges/ghg's and points/calories. I have 30 minutes walking in while listening to an audio-book I have promised to review on the 13th. I think my husband is bringing in cauliflower from the garden so will have that with some grain and beans for lunch today. Or, cauliflower with dip and a veggie burger...we will see.

202.6 (if I remember correctly) - Being OP yesterday shifted some of the weight but there is a lot more to move!

Monday May 11: 158.6 - up .4
I was down 1.6 from last Sunday. I forget to calculate that yesterday. I made it through a weekend without going over my budget even though we had takeout! ๐

I guess I had the right balance. Did a LOT of walking yesterday...totaled 7 miles and the scale was up .4! I'll take it and move on.

Monday, May 11: 123.4 - up 0.4 lb. I have been wanting to gain, but I still get that knee-jerk negative reaction when the scale goes up, even though I don't need or want to be below 125. Stupid brain.
