Tuesday Morning: 201
Thank you for the encouragement. What I have done the last few days is:
* count points to the best of my ability - using remembered points values of foods (since I tossed all my WW information in a purge a couple years ago) * avoided wine * hydrated * written what I eat in my journal along with tracking ghg/exchanges & tracking honestly on MFP
These seem to be the same five pounds that come and go easily at the moment. I get to 200 and might see 199 for a day then the five return. Not going to look at 199 as my "goal" but instead wake up "thinking/feeling thin" and go through the day with that thought.

When I weighed in last night for WW I was up .9 from last week, still within my range for my late in the day weigh-in. Need to decide what my morning range now that I'm at a higher weight. Need to decide what will be too high in the morning. cathygeha, Sounds like a good plan.

bbbearsmom, I only weigh in in the evening on my WW meeting day since my meetings have always been at 5:30 or 6:00 p.m.. I weigh in in the morning in my pajamas because the scale is in the computer room because there is no room in the master bath or the hall bath. I learned to weigh in everyday from the Maintenance board on the old WW message boards.

ann1953, plus the low end of your happy zone. Wednesday, May 13: 122 - down 1.4 lb. No reason that I can see. I did do cardio yesterday.

pasta and wine - new I would be up - and I was
203.4 (up 2.4 pounds)
Breakfast was OP today...now to stick with it the rest of the day.
