I will take the extra weight you all have lost, as I have been over-indulging for two days. But today is a new day.
Sunday, May 17: 124.6 - up 1 lb. Still well below goal, and I have been saying 125 is a good weight for me. But 2 lbs. in two days brings on fears of going out of control, you all know the feeling.

lani , I understand the fear that you might have lost your self-control. Is this a slip, or the beginning of the end? Which is why I get back on plan as fast as I can and keep temptation out of the house. Also most of that two pounds is bloat.

My recommendation...Nip it now...know you can and as you are not in danger and under goal weight...keep posting here and do what you know you have to do to control things now. I have a lot more than two pounds to nip at now

201.6 this morning
Moving in the right direction again. I am checking in with my sister a couple of times a day. She is on the blue program so not doing what I believe is more like the very first points counting program...maybe 1,2,3 Points or something like that? Anyway...I know this program and though fruit and vegetables are not "free" as on Points+ it is easy for me to follow. Now..to rack up another OP day of counting points and exercising. I Track Bites also tracks some of the GHG's and that is not a bad thing

cathygeha, oh yeah, I know as a rational thinking being I can easily reverse a gaining trend. I've done it over and over again. It's the emotional, irrational response that will always be hanging around. I can almost view it as an interesting phenomenon and not something that will control me. Speaking of which: Monday, May 18: 123.6 - down 1 lb. All I did was follow my plan. Voila!

Did my once a week late in the day weigh-in for my WW meeting and tracking, down 1.3 pounds, didn't have take-out so far this week.

lani, A lot of this weight/health thing is mental...more mental than physical. I applaud you for catching it early even if you have to do so both mentally and physically.
