Friday, May 22: 122.8 - down 0.4 lb.
I woke up feeling like this was Saturday. Not sure why; all the days are the same. Also, DH's scale weighs a person a half a pound less than mine. It makes no difference as I use the scale as a means of tracking up or down trends. It's just another bit of strangness like my two brands of oatmeal that have a 40 calorie difference for a 1/2 cup dry. Such are the mysteries of life.

I stayed the same: 200.6
Just looked to see the results of week one on ITB First day on was the 16th and I weighed 202.4 Seven days of tracking and counting (today) 200.6
I have been sort of tracking points/calories before and on the 15th weighed 203.4 so am feeling good since I did use weeklies. It is a learning/relearning curve and I am ready to get back to what I know will get me lighter on my feet then keep me there.
