Thursday morning: 199.6
Now to have two days in a row under 200 - incentive to hydrate and stay OP and not go over points. The exercising in this heat is an iffy prospect since I only had 3 or 4 hours of sleep last night.

200.6 today ~ Know why...will fix it
Today is my 7th day tracking and I am down about 2 pounds this morning. I know that 200 is a set point for me and that once I get down a few pounds or five below it will be smoother sailing till I get to 180...where it may get tougher again. And, not sweating it this time. I will go with the flow, track and KOKO
