Stopping the CREEP is a good thing...doesn't have to be a serial killer but pounds on when you are at/near goal can be a "killer" to mood and motivation! Glad YOU are putting the CREEP down NOW! I did not a couple of times so know how important this is!

lani, cathygeha, Right now I practice that if a gain a few pounds I get it back off, but obviously I didn't practice when I gained my weight back twice. I gave a talk at a WW meeting once, explained I lost 80 pounds and so on. At the end I said: I did lose the 80 pounds but I also could have lost two pounds 40 times.

I ate late last night and used probably ALL of my weeklies in one night so not surprised the scale is up just surprised it is not up more BUT it could be up more tomorrow even if I am on program...will see how it goes.

194 - up 2.6 pounds...perhaps indulging Wednesday night caught up with me or my feet retained weight after standing so much or it is the vagaries of life and there is not a REAL reason but...know that having SEEN 191 it will be mine again and I will be lower on the scale than that and in the next decade before too long. There will always be ups and downs and how I react to them is more important than the ups and downs.
