Okay, is it me? It must be me. I'm not liking this. I went into one in a Macy's and there was "tinkle" all over the seat. Why is it that something that's supposed to be a good thing always seems to make it worse for women? Believe me I'm a progressive person, but I can't pee standing up and those who can need to be respectful and not leave the place looking like a dog marked its territory. Maybe they should relabel restrooms as "Sit Down" or "Stand Up" rooms. Because I know some men like to pee sitting down too. Rant over.

unfortunately i think a lot of ladies are the culprits as well! you have no idea how often i've gone into ladies' restrooms with pee sprayed all over the seat. so little miss thang that couldn't handle putting her bum onto a public toilet seat has now made it even MORE unsanitary for me and my kids. i am not a fan of ladies that feel the need to squat in a public bathroom and then not clean up after yourselves. you're not in some developing country over a pot in the ground. have some respect, bitches.

Yuck. That is so gross. The only place I've encountered it is in ladies' rooms. It seems like a woman would have to work at it to make that happen.

I love it too! Especially that fuzzy coat and tall boots. And you're blonde again!

that fuzzy coat is my daily staple lately! i even wear it in the house sometimes since i have an insanely cold house with tall ceilings and old as fuck windows that let every bit of heat out. and i got the blonde back about a month ago. although i'm strangely finding that i miss it being a little more brown and less blonde. i'll probably let this one fade out and then have her do a little more sporadic foils instead of as many as she did the last time.

ICK!
In our bathroom at work, there is one stall that when flushed sprays water EVERYWHERE! So you don't know if it's pee or potty water (which is gross). I don't use that stall!
I agree, people should clean up after themselves! No one else has time for that! Plus the poor people who do have to clean the toilets have it bad enough!

Yeah in my estimation that's womens' restrooms everywhere. Because some women apparently have such delicate asses that they can't possibly touch a toilet seat, meaning they spray pee everywhere for others to clean up.
While we're discussing public restroom etiquette, what are the phone conversations that can't wait until you're out of the bathroom? This is an epidemic in my office and I do not understand it. I do not want to talk to you on the phone while you're on the toilet, and if I hear a flush I'm hanging up on you.

I second this! I do find gender neutral and family washrooms to be dirtier than single sex ones in general, but I've seen some pretty disgusting washrooms which were just ladies' rooms.

At one point, we needed to post a sign in the stalls of our church's LADIES' ROOM - the "squatters" are the same ones who would complain that the room did not meet their fastidious standards. It's definitely a gender thing, but I think the onus falls on the females.

I dont' get it either and it drives me insane to be in a restroom and listen to someone on the phone.

Oh phone calls in public bathrooms drive me crazy! I want to keep flushing the toilet to annoy the one talking or to make really rude noises! LOL
Another public bathroom pet peeve: people who paper the seat and then LEAVE IT THERE! Seriously? Can't you clean it off when you are done!

Yeah, I try to make extra noise when someone's talking on the phone! And I hate when people leave their carefully placed paper all over the seat. And why do some people not flush???
We have inclusive restrooms and gender-specific restrooms at work and they all get pretty gross.

If you're going to squat, lift the seat. Problem solved. But no one does it.
