It’s so funny. You work to get results but when they show up I can’t believe my eyes. I finally broke through the 154 wall. Now, I will probably do the seesaw thing for a while. At least I’m seeing the “fruits”of my labor. 🤣🤣

Monday, August 17: 125 - up 0.6 lb.
Yesterday was crazy with the power out: having to go out for coffee, breakfast, no A/C (power came back in the nick of time before it got too stinking hot), manually opening the garage door (it doesn't stay up when open and "someone" - me - has to physically hold it up overhead so the car can get out). Done with the complaining. Bottom line: I didn't do bad with overeating.
Oh, one more complaint: lack of sleep with lightning and thunder every five seconds from 2:45 AM till 5:00. DH slept through it.
