ann1953, on reviewing my complaints, they are all FWPs for sure. In the larger scheme of things I am super lucky. But still a little whining never hurt.

I'm down 1.1 pounds for my Monday night WW meeting but I had a .8 pound gain last week so it almost evens out.

cathygeha, congratulations on rolling with the changes and using the scale as information. Tuesday, August 18: 124.8 - down 0.2 lb.

The information this morning (from the scale) was that I need to buckle down, get back on track, and get my booty moving. Amazing how much weight a body can grab in only two nights of indulgence. So...back on track today. I have the app/tracker set and will also track on paper. That BIG bowl of pasta, butter and homemade tomato sauce was NOT Core and not really point friendly so this morning the scale weighed me in at <188.4> so...up 1.6 since yesterday and up 5.4 from the lowest I have been so far...so...BOT for me! Breakfast was overnight oats with chia seeds and 2 oz figs with coffee and now...off to walk that first twenty minutes.

Closed the kitchen...within points for the day and also got in the 60 minutes of walking. I am patting myself on the back for being back on track with only two days of indulgence
