down 2.6 pounds since yesterday. down .4 from last Saturday's weigh-in at 183.2 and lowest weight since REALLY starting back to WW in May and tracking on iTrackBites.
I have tried conquer cravings, carb conscious and since August 1 have been on Core using ITB to track the non-Core foods. I had two bad days this week and nearly threw the towel in BUT after two days of point counting and not enjoying it went to Core yesterday and will continue with it till the end of the month and have a feeling...beyond. It seems to work for me so will stick with it. This is the lowest weight I have been in several years. I still have weight to drop BUT it will drop as it is ready while I eat healthy, eat power foods, track non-power-Core-list foods and continue to remain positive, exercise and hydrate.
Down 20 since May 16 Down 6.2 since August 1 (on Core)

Thanks ann1953, & bbbearsmom,. I'm trying hard to stay focused tonight. Checked the menu and pre-tracked my selections. I put in an extra 30 minute workout today for insurance. π
