Susi, I am so sorry for theloss of your friend Kara and for the friends whose mothers are now in hospice care It is dark this morning and the sun seems to be hidden in a cloud of smoke. I took a good walk and saw my neighbor’s Burmese doodle puppy who continues to grow huge. I saw Diane but we just said hi. I think the forest service is beginning to do an online map of neighborhoods to show which homes are still standing and which aren’t. Lives have been lost in other fires but so far no one has died from the Creek Fire. Cathy, I’m on a plateau too but it establishes my weight solidly before the next ounces down and to me is better than up today down tomorrow. I hope everyone has a nice quiet day. Ann, Bob knows I won’t consider going with him to Savemart today. I’d much rather dead head roses. .

Audrey nice you were able to get a walk in and saw the puppy. Carl has left for his mercy mission. I'm still on laundry duty. I'm just not in the mood to leave the house today. Maybe the spirit will move me as the day progresses.

Susi, so sorry about the loss of your friend Kara. Sorry also to hear the news of the other friends' Moms.
Not gonna be lentil soup --- as I am out of them. Will be split pea soup for the rainy days ahead.

Had another inspiring message at church this morning. Really liking our new pastor. Having a good OP day so far. Movement also. I have a pan of veggies roasting n the oven and they smell good. Chores this afternoon that I never got around to yesterday. Susi, So sorry about Kara..HUGS for you and prayers for your friends. That's a lot to happen at once. Cathy, so glad you see the plateau for what it is...the body settling into a new pattern. The scale always catches up if you persevere Becky, I agree after you've been a ww so long its second nature to track. I was thinking you were following blue for some reason. The green plan is my choice of plans, too. MJ, so glad u are having some days to do the things YOU want to Bee, the soups sounds good. I love all kinds of soup. Filling and good! Audrey, enjoy working with the roses, your flowers are beautiful. Ann, I've never bought a whole chicken. I bet they are better that way. I remember when I was little my mom cutting up and frying chicken. I always loved the fried chicken livers. Have not had any in years! June, waving back:)

LaDonna we get buy both the whole chickens or the pieces. It depends on what is on sale LOL. I've never had fried chicken livers. So happy that you are enjoying your new pastor. Yeah to being OP. Nice when you can string a few days together. I find that after day 3 the rest is a given. I took a little break from laundry to dry mop the floors and clean the bathrooms. Sheesh...do I know how to have fun or what Once the laundry is folded and put away I plan on claiming the rest of the day as MINE.

If the air quality in Prather is 600. Ours in Fresno is 161 and unhealthy. We have friends who live there. He is a doctor and she’s an artist and I can’t imagine how bad it must be.Prather is in our foothills.

Checking back in
Audrey Great job with the steps yesterday. Awww.... the doctor is "in" for the stuffed animal that needs surgery. Cute story. Oh man. . . I would love to buy cauliflower for 99cents!
Ann LOL. There is some connection to fresh air and tiredness. Super that you could enjoy walking outdoors!
"YOu Can Go HOme Now" was a. pretty good read. Liked the authentic cop voice. Someone should have proofread the content more closely. Spider-Man is definitely not a member of the DC universe.
Bee Hope your energy returned.
Becky When it becomes a lifestyle rather than a diet, life it is much easier simpler. What do you like about the Green program? Cathy Gladyou have another day of full utilities. Video taping myself was too much to process for my dyslexic brain. I am likely to try to dip my toe in for short segments to start building the necessary skills.
I was thinking ofyou as I walked this morning. Gladthat you are not letting a set point for weight mess with you. I have those, too. Bet that we all do! But I was thinking you did not just find wonderland, tip toe in and stay there. Oh now, to persisted and are nearing another's a new decade. Mj Ahhhhhhhhhh. . . I love love thinking of you and Toots at home and laying back. As I walked I sent up a prayer for Russ and those who love him.
LaDonna Wonderful that your brother could meet you & your momma for lunch. Hope that it has been a good weekend for you.
Pam Waving "hi." I hope you are smiling and reaching for that blue dot.l. If not, the the reset button is a friend to all of us.
Susi LOL. GReat way to salvage the beach day after the the cooler temperatures and wind sabotag d your plan. Sending most positive energy and prayers. Such sad news.

Sunday's goals LOL. The watermelon I bought on Friday was soooooo delicious. I partook as if it was the last one I will every eat. I enjoyed every bite. I sure do love fruit.
Yesterday included quite a few steps though and a surprise at dinner. The frozenroast beef from my sister was actually a container ofR's brisket. Dannnnnng it was so good. There's enough leftobver for tonight. But I am hungry for chicken.
Going to take a little walk before the rain comes. Total steps for the day - pretty good. Food choices will room for a nicesnack if I want. Water total quite respectable.
Using th ecruise control & all is well.

I’m in. Friends of my niece have recently moved into the area. They needed a bed and dresser so they helped clear out the guest room. Yay! All is good!
KOKO with planning, tracking, hydrating, and moving towards blue as I keep smiling. Hope you’re having a quiet day with many reasons to smile.

Yeah Pam. Keep smiling and aiming for blue.
June so happy you enjoyed the book. I requested it at our library as they do not have that available for a kindle download. If they decide to get it, they will email me and put me on the list.
Nice you enjoyed Rs brisket. We also had chicken tonite.
Happy with the steps I got today. They really do add up quickly at times.

Cathy Plateaus although frustrating are better than gaining. You will start losing again.I hope your children remain safe from Covid. It's scary times in schools.I don't know why they decided on dots. There was a time we didn't get anything dots or stars. We will continue to do church online as long as they continue to put them there. Some people have already gone back and they want to start up full time around the first Sunday in October. They aren't wearing masks now so neither of us feel comfortable in going as long as it's like that.
Bee Good luck at the oncologist.
Susi I just feel like I have to track or it could get out of hand.At least I have a record of what I'm eating.I am glad the bayside park was more pleasant. It sounds like you had a great time.
MJ It sounds like you enjoyed your family yesterday.I'm glad you and Toots can enjoy your day at home again.
Ann I know you enjoyed those long walks yesterday.I am glad you are cautious as to who you are around.I don't write my meals out on paper but I do double track with calories.I can see the bigger picture as to exactly what I'm eating.
