luvvinlife, I think that a high calorie day every once in awhile has to be good for the system...you know...shake it up, make it take a step back, perhaps gain a bit as the body thinks it is being given excess for a famine in the future but then will quickly get rid of it returning to the lower scale number once it realizes life is not feast or famine...maybe?
That said...
I was at 180.2 this morning. If flickered between 179.8 and that number but opted for the higher number even with a bit of a bounce and a second try or two to see if it might give me the lower number. Nope...BUT tomorrow is my official weekly weigh-in with ITB so perhaps then? If not...it will happen when my body is ready to release the weight and REALLY give it up so I can move down on the scale again.

luvvinlife, LOL yes do pass the napkin or bib Great job. somehow I managed to dodge the bullet and up just .5 I have mixed feelings when that happens as it usually will 'show up' when I'm not expecting it. Anyway, Friday September 25 124.6 for the record

Friday, September 25: 125.6 - up 1.2 lbs. Around and around we go... Yesterday went a bit off plan in that DH was scheduled to meet up with a former co-worker for dinner, but then she cancelled due to stomach cramps. We were both jonsing (sp?) for our old Erik's Deli sandwiches that we lived on during the evacuation. Our favorite is listed at 570 calories, but we only eat half at a time giving 285. However, it does have cold cuts so there is the sodium factor. Anyway, I a can't complain about this weight in any case.
After reading everyone's WW journey on the General Board, I feel like I had it pretty easy in regard to losing and maintaining weight. But on futher consideration, we all have our emotional and physical challenges. Once I reached legal drinking age I think I coped more by consuming mood altering substances than just eating. I reached my highest weight when I was 19. It's all very interesting to me.

<179.4> lowest at 0.4 lower than the last lowest on this final trip to goal weight. I was thrilled to see it on weigh-in day and am eager to eat OP today!
Hubby brought in a weed today and asked if I liked it. I said I wasn't sure. Found out it is purslane, tasted one leaf that was lemony and have decided perhaps we need to wash it and have it in a salad for lunch. We have a lot of it and it is good for us. He said as a child he did NOT like it but had not tasted it since childhood...huh? Anyway...will be having some in a meal of some kind...today.
