Sigh...180.8! That means I am up from the low of 174 that I saw one week ago. I told myself yesterday, "Get back on track and you won't see 180 again ~ kind of like tempting the universe to laugh? Anyway, telling myself that I do have known setpoint weights of 200, 180, 160 and 140/145 and that my body will gladly leap up again to one of those weights as I focus on being on program today, eating healthy power foods, tracking calories on MFP and tracking CORE on ITB. I am also giving myself credit for fixing this NOW rather than giving up and heading up even further. I do feel better in my body so that is positive and I know the weight will come off again. It is a journey...

Hmmm. My post for Monday seems to have disappeared, unless my eyes and brain are failing me. Entirely possible.
Anyway, Monday was 127 - no change. My goal was to stop gaining, so yay.
Tuesday, November 17: 125.6 - down 1.4 lbs. I have been No Choicing everything so I was anticipating a loss.

<178> this morning down 2.8 pounds ~ It is what it is and thank you ALL for the support while making this journey. I was thinking that some planetary-stellar thing was out of alignment or the earth was nearer to the sun and THAT was what saw a gain of what amounted to a pound a day for a week...I knew it WASN'T but I kept thinking...maybe. Anyway, back on track after more than one night of indulging and will see 174 then lower as soon as my body is ready to show it to me.
And...that said...I still find my winter robes a lot less tight than last year, lying in bed I feel less tummy lying on my side, can sleep with my arms above my head as I once did years ago, am better able to do bendy in the middle things ~ I will count the victories and learn from the slip-ups. I have learned that there will no doubt be slip-ups but that they do not mean the scale has to continue to go up if I nip them in the bud.
