My girlfriend has a Bosch and she really likes it. Dd#1 and I had the same basic Bosch, and it was a hunk of junk. A whole lot too eco friendly- the dishes never came out well. I went to Lowes with my neighbor, and got a pretty good deal on a whirlpool. They are removing the old unit and installing the new one. I was actually not too worried about taking out the old dishwasher, the power disconnect cannot be too nasty and I do know where my circuit breakers are. But as they taking care of that as part of the package deal of installing the new dishwasher, then I am happy with that. A big concern was that I might scratch my floors (as I am not as strong as a man) and now that is the installers headache.
Ruth, caraway seeds are one of those things- and frequently forgotten. I usually only buy them around St Patricks day when I make Irish soda bread. What flour do you use for pumpernickel bread? (That is so good!). Oh my gosh, 7 inches of snow is a lot for mid to late April! Upper 50’s is really nice for spring- not too cool and also not hot. Hoping that if you do get snow it passes quickly and just melts within hours- therefore no need to shovel. Looks like your nighttime temps will be cold for a few days, in the teens!!! Now I see why you are making bread- for that nice cozy smell of home made bread in the house.
Gotta work on my bible study material this evening and also what I am teaching on Tuesday and Wednesday. Another Monday tomorrow. Supposed to be in the low 60’s and rainy from what I see....Have a good night all
