Cutting back on the portions some today...not hungry so not a problem...so far. I find that the closer I eat to the old Core whole grains and such...the less hungry I seem to be. I don't eat a lot of sweets so...it is interesting...wonder if it is mental?
Yesterday I found I was WAY over on all programs because I had a chicken sandwich with french fries in it BUT I had activity points to spare and had not dipped into the weeklies so didn't fret.
