Hello, Mimi, congratulations! Way to work the program. Congratulations everyone for another good week. Sorry, I let the day get away from me yesterday and never posted the results. This month we get an extra week to meet our goals. No meeting yesterday, so I need to get to one this week. Cold but sunny and blue skies here. We had a great afternoon at the Lighthouse Park lots of places to walk & sit to see the beautiful views. Happy Monday

Nancy, I think it helps to know you will be weighed at a meeting, don't you? I go this week to studio and am really tryin to weigh less than I did the last time I went. Thanks for the congrats. I am happy I got the weight back off after my dd was here and we indulged-threw cares to the wind HaHa WATP this morning for 3 miles, then a meeting in the afternoon Skinny vibes to all

I had a nice weekend. Only 6 miles added between Thurs-Sat. Thurs-Sat were very busy long days. Yesterday was a DOR. Back to planned meals for the week.

Worked in the yard today. Yesterday was Doctor’s appointment and running some errands. I need to be better about my water and exercise.
