Had a small loss this week. Have my weight watcher meeting in about 10 minutes and then Iβll leave to pick my son up at the airport I hope everybody has a good weekend.

Good morning. I snuck in under the wire. It's a new beginning. Planning on getting into those 130's by the end of the month.

Good Morning!! Thanks Ladies: I really worked hard on meal prep this week. Looks like it will be a nice day. Hope to get out and enjoy it some. The pollen is a little crazy. Yesterday it was crazy windy. Connie: Congrats on your loss this week.
I eat all day long so I am never really hungry. During the week I have my breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and occasionally a eve snack. Weekends are definitely higher point days. I stay active and drink at least 80 oz of water most days. Nancy: Congrats on your retirement. Good job on your loss this week. Claudette: Glad you got your shot. I kept my exercise inside yesterday because of the pollen. The winds was nuts. Brenda: Hope you had a nice walk. Congrats on your loss this week. Waving to all.
