cj59, Have you thought about weighing less frequently? Like once a month or whenever you are in a good mental space? I think you're making a lot of positive strides and maybe a 'success notebook' where you record what you did well that day and make goals for improvement would be more beneficial? Hi sunrose - Hope you are doing well I got rid of all the junk food this weekend, so I'm staring fresh today. I'm going to wait until July 1st to weigh-in and hopefully it won't be too bad Hope all of your are doing well on your plans and in your lives

Hello Everyone irisinnia - I'm glad to hear you are doing well on the Beck review, I hope it helps you. Don't give me too much credit - I ate all the junk food to get rid of it I've stayed on track this week and I'll weigh-in tomorrow morning. I'm hoping it won't be bad - maybe I'm even still the same weight as several weeks ago *crosses fingers* June went by really fast, I'm sorry I got off track for half of it. I'm hoping for a better July. Hope you are all doing well.
