The menu is on the left top corner on my IPhone where the bell used to be. I have no large blue dot.

This afternoon when I went to join a WW meeting a box popped up that said: Love us? Rate us The choices were: I love the app I don't love the app Remind me later You know which one I picked and was able to voice my opinion not only on the Menu and big blue dot on the app but also I can't turn live transcript off in zoom meetings as WW says it's a zoom problem. So, will see if I get an answer back.
Did anyone else receive this message?

I don't know if this is the app or my phone but for the last week when the app comes up after I tap it, it says it didn't load and to tap to reload. The tap works thankfully.

There is now a menu bar (top left) on my phone. There wasn't a bell there previously. (iOS)
It looks like the updates should be complete with all their tweaks.
Android users it sounds like you should be seeing a circle with a plus sign bottom right corner for your menu choices. Just click there.
Apple users top left menu bars (3 lines, WW calls it a hamburger 🙄) click there.
If you aren't seeing these, try the usual.
Swipe the app up to clear it.
Restart your device.
If that doesn't work you might want to uninstall the app, restart device, reinstall app.
If that doesn't work, just leave a comment and we will walk you through it. 😉

It does look like they may be done with the upgrade but people in workshops are still experiencing problems with their app. They recommend you email resolutionsupport@WW.com but you MUST INCLUDE the following three things with your email, the make, software and version of your phone or tablet for IT to fix it. The gal in class who posted this said she did the above and her app got fixed. bbbearsmom if you are still having problems you may want to try the above I posted. On my phone I continue to have the Menu and big blue dot but my tablet only has the Menu, they are both android. I stated in an earlier post that I got an email to rate the WW app, I've never received this kind of message on the app before but it could be I signed up recently to be a beta tester. I went into the app to get myself off being a beta tester but can't find it now. Hope they get this issue fixed before they change the program in late fall!😊

DebDoesWW, mac, Okay, I uninstalled, restarted the phone, and then installed the WW app. Still have bell but have blue dot with plus sign. Wrote email as mac, advised and I'll see what happens with that.

bbbearsmom as long as you have the blue dot with the plus sign at the bottom right and it gives you menu choices when you click it, you are good to go. If nothing pops up when you click the plus sign (blue circle), then you’d have a problem. *just to be clear the app update is a way to link you to where on the app you want to go. Whether is is a menu bar or a blue circle with a plus sign they do the same thing, it is just to link you to where you want to go. 😉 Some remenants may remain (for instance the bell might still be there) but it won't effect the performance of the app.

bbbearsmomWhat's on your blue dot, I only have three things food, activity and weight I believe. The Menu, that you dont have, has a long list of things, isnt that what you liked about the upgrade? Hope you get some feedback from the email or it may just get fixed!💕💕💕

bbbearsmom on your phone, when you click on the package at the bottom (the wellness wins section) check and see if the menu bar shows up at the top left. I'm on iOS but I noticed I don't see it on my MyDay page (just like I didn't have the bell there either) but it shows up, top left when I click all of the other links at the bottom (WellnessWins, Discover, and Connect.) This is probably because they have to save memory where they can, that page is pretty full. Again, this is JUST on the phone version, not on my iPad, that has the menu bar on all of the pages. What probably happened on the phone version was when the update went live and the menu bar was on the MyDay page it just crashed the app so they had to shorten it down to the blue dot with the lesser options.

DebDoesWW, mac, I got this response from WW: No worries your WW App is up to date with version 9.14.0. The three line( burger) feature is a test for a selected number of WW members. So, if you do not see this feature it is because your account was not selected this time. Please let us know if we can further assist. bbbearsmomGlad you got a response and now we know they are still working on the app. I've had the Menu and blue dot on my android phone and Menu on my Android tablet for several days now but then I signed up to be a beta tester, did you sign up for that?

Judy did you try checking out the other pages to see if it is there? (Not MyDay but the others.)
I'm sure they are getting hammered with the way their roll-outs go but the fact you had it and then it disappeared means that there was an issue with it. (Not that it was only sent to "select" people 🙄 aka we can't get it working for everyone so we added a menu button for you instead 🤣)
