Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well today 
It's been cooler here but nice weather. I just wish I could get outside more and enjoy it.
I finished piecing the Acorn quilt top and I'm happy with how it came out. It's not a very bright quilt since most of the fabrics are pretty dark. But I was happy to get to use these fabrics I've had for so long. On one of the selvedges there was a 2003 date
I also did some organization of the scraps left over from a few projects and evaluated and organized other projects I have waiting to work on. Now I have a better idea of what needs to be done. I found another small piece that I'm going to machine quilt instead of hand quilt so I hope to get that done this week and then I can get the binding on all those pieces I finished quilting this month.
And I started an embroidery project that I've had ready to stitch for over a year, it's a barn stitchery. I hope I can get this stitching done and the quilt top put together before the end of the year. Here's a link to what it looks like:
